Even though you'll lose most of the time, the potential to hit a 1000x+ or just lose long before the turnover is met will give you a positive EV with the average bonus conditions. It's almost like you get the bonus without a turnover requirement because if you do hit it, you can easily finish the bonus turnover and if you don't, it's like you got some extra free money to play with.

Just want to drop in here with some light praise.

Had a hell of a run yesterday on Twin. Started out with two deposits of 10 euro each, and by the time I called it my total withdrawals were up to 1000 euro. Went to verify my account (should have done this earlier, but I never do learn) and initially was a bit frustrated that they would not accept anything but a bank statement as proof of address even though I've never had to provide that anywhere before. Like... not a single other casino has ever asked me for this. It feels a bit private, doesn't it?

Anyway, I tried to get it my way with not much luck, but in the end I conceded and compromised by sending them one single page of my most recent statement and a screenshot of my online account showing the deposits. I was anticipating that they would not accept this and would keep delaying things to get my full statement, but no more than an hour later I got a mail telling my my account was verified and that all my withdrawals were processed and done.

So while I'm still not a fan of the hard line of not accepting any other proof of address than a bank statement or utility bill, they at least budged just a little and in the end the whole thing took less than a day. I didn't have to send strangers an entire month's worth of transactions (it's 2019 so that's pretty much my life summed up in numbers) and I got my money. Can't complain then :)

It's nice to see a casino actually be helpful and get things done and not hold your winnings hostage while they run you around the block *cough casinocasino cough*

Anyways... good stuff. I'll definitely play there again once I've cooled off from yesterdays overlong session :p

I opened an account at TWIN casino just before the weekend to give them a try.
I was well impressed by the website, and the ease of use.
I can sort slots by provider which is great.

The KYC procedure was swift and painless and my documents were approved within 2 hours.

Could you have a look at below video.
I encountered this when playing at Twin this evening.
Balance kept changing and I had issues making a WD request, when making the video all of a sudden the balance updated to the full amount and I was able to make a WD request.

Can you check if it went through?

This should be looked at as people could abuse this.

Seems there is a serious issue in the back end and I have no way to contact you guys!
 
To add,I made a few withdrawals and all have been paid early the next morning.

Hope this balance wobble issue will be fixed though, it is very weird and can confuse the players.

Im quite surprised by this casinos behavior recently and the stalling tactics being implemented.

I have done KYC 3 times here and every time they ask is when I cashout over $500. They ask me for bank statements and ID and everything all the time. MY last kyc was under a year ago and I win $800 and once again, they are demanding all types of documents.

Please stop doing this.

I have contacted the rep to voice my displeasure but everyone should be aware of this annoying stalling tactic.

Most likely will not be playing here in the future. Players win, it happens. Accept it and stop with the bs
