Trustly withdrawal issue?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had a similar thing happen as I have at the moment (and how long it took to resolve it?).

I deposited a small amount this morning at an accredited casino and managed to hit a nice withdrawal.
Few hours later - confirmation that my trustly withdrawal has been approved.
The money is yet to reach my bank and if I go to my transactions on my account it shows as cancelled.
The crew is obviously looking into it, was wondering if this happens more often?

Same for me the other day but was quickly resolved.
 
Never had this on withdrawal but Trustly Customer Service were great until my problems reached a point where they simply gave up or have gone to pot. 2 weeks of emails unanswered.

Never had a problem withdrawing and still dont but depositing is now a 24 hour period because of some weird error.

If you find a decent alternative let me know as im on the prowl for one.

Thanks! I’m aware, but I should give the casino some time to solve it first before I complaint to a rep on here. Think that’s fair.
If I have no update today, I’ll definitely reach out to the rep :)
 
After speaking to Live chat, I don’t believe they know what they are doing anymore.
I asked about the withdrawal and she started talking about 2 withdrawals on Sunday.
I told her I was talking about a 5k one today. She says none of my withdrawals of today went through.
After that I mentioned it again and she said I neee to wait for it to bounce back to my account. Note this was a locked withdrawal that I got confirmation of processing from.
 
I play most days at Volt Casino and they have added the words 'takes one day' for deposits and withdrawals via Trustly. When I questioned it with CS they said this was normal - not with VideoSlots it isn't!

If you are a UK player, Volt take part in the VISA faster payments so debit card withdrawals hit the bank account instantly :)

I have a master card sadly that doesn’t take refunds...
The withdrawal has disappewred from my transaction list too.
They say it got cancelled; but the funds are nowhere.
 
So there is no record of the withdrawal at all in the casino whatsoever ? But the deposit was ok? What about your game play?

Definitely time to at least pm the rep.

Game play all oké. Received an email saying my withdrawal was processed. Then they said I cancelled it.

I don’t see it in my withdrawals anymore. They sayits a trustly issue and I need to be patient... but it’s strange that it happens with the big withdrawal and no one in chat can say more then “an error”
 
They can see it then if they say you cancelled it? Are they implying you reversed it -? Very stressful for you

They first said it was approved. Then said they didn’t see any. Then said it was an error. And no one knows what’s actually happening. Or can give a time frame.

Have you tried contacting Trustly?

Ive given up with my query but they seem a 24/7 operation and every other time i spoke to them were brilliant. I think your query may be fairly standard for them.
 
They have now, witnout informing me, sent it to PayPal. Where I will ve unable to withdraw as I can’t connect my metro bank to it.
Since its a cash only account it can’t set up direct debit etc

This is an issue you’ve had for months can you not open a basic U.K. bank account which in turn will get you a debit card?
Surely the Metro account will accept an external money transfer?
