Hello, everyone..long time lurker.. i can't seem to get a working number to grandevegas for my fax back forms. I have called them 3 times and asked live support to no avail. Can somebody please help me. Thank you

I dont like this casino at all but to be fair to them maybe a mod could change the title to "Faxback forms issue with Grande Vegas" or something like that.
 
thanks for the help...now i find out that the only withdrawl method for us players is use my wallet, which i don't have and they want me to sign up for.. any one had any experience with them?

Yes I have had one for about a year now. Since they only send through this method, you should do it. I would prefer all of my winnings to go through Usemywallet/Quicktender. Its normally fast and hassle free. Once its in Usemywallet, they can transfer it to your bank. It does cost 30.00 to do it, but well worth it. Hope that helps. Any questions pm me, good :)luck.
 
Whoa! They only pay US through an ewallet? (*&#)(@*&$@* i have been depositing (like 1500.00) there over last 3 weeks...and I refuse to use ewallets.......son of a.....I should have checked but most rtgs have a wire option. Not to mention I have been waiting 3 full days for stats (when i can get them anywhere else in about 2 minutes)......uninstalling right now.

This is crazy..They now say all doc have been approved but it will take 5 days to send me a link to quicktender!! what the hell, I then asked them fo other ways to withdrawal and they won't give me any..This is Bull..I am starting to wonder
 
I too was surprised by the ewallet only thing. I still have not gotten my stats i asked again today after being promised yesterday I would have them. Luckily i do not have a pending withdraw (unluckly I have deposited 1500). I am done with them and have uninstalled but not closed my account because I want my stats......To me it is very shady that they cant provide them in 4 freaking days.....and I pm'd melanie the rep here and was told the same thing as the CS reps tell me. I am pretty much fed up with the lot of US casinos :mad:....I think I will be strictly playing 3dice from here on out...at least with them if i get lucky enough to cashout there wont be any of this baloney and they can give me my play stats in about 2 seconds.

Quicktender is a very good way for US players to get paid. I have had an account since they came into being and it works great for me. My last withdrawal from QT took less than 3 days.

Yes, it will take that long to get an invitation code and then QT/UseMyWallet is going to have to verify your bank account and that will be another day or 2. There is nothing you can do to hurry it along except make sure and keep on top of what they want.

I don't mean to sound condescending but any US player that doesn't check out withdrawal options before depositing is just asking for problems. We have to jump thru hoops to deposit and the casinos have to jump thru hoops to pay us (or so they say :D} Paper checks and direct wires have become a thing of the past for alot of casinos.

I personally think that the withdraw options should be in plain sight.....i.e. having no us beside them if we can use them.....I play at different RTG's and all of them wire to me....so I assumed (wrongly) that they would be as good....and I guess they are not.
 
I have been a memeber there for awhile and when you go to withdrawal it shows 4 options not just one like i was told when I asked cs. It's not the players job to find out..the casino should post it on their website and say itin their cashier.

This is a little confusing for me too. I always check in the withdrawal section to see how to cash out. If it is listed, I don't think twice about it. I would have assumed that it was an option for me, unless it said, no US as this one does, but you don't know unless you click on it. I guess from now on, I will click on each option just to be sure.
 
I agree.....I usually just check it and never open them....I am just glad someone mentioned it before i deposited there again....I do agree it is the players responsibility to make sure how they can withdraw.....but I think the casinos could do a little better by clearly marking them NO US without opening and/or not even showing them as an option.
 
I will never in my life understand why someone like silcnlayc ever opens their mouth to add nothing positive. When I log in to make a withdrawal it shows the screenshot above..Only later to find out it's not available. Please refrain , from posting any more of your thoughts in this thread. You have no idea what the past 5 days have been like with this casino's cs, where by the way I have deposited many times. I just think the it is the CASINO'S responsibility to inform players. NO different than a brick and mortar one casino! Thank you to everyone else for your input and help in this.

Looks like they broke their "promise" to you guys... I'd be contacting the rep and pointing them to this little term.

Um, you may have noticed that this is a public forum. As such the other members of the site are welcome to contribute to your thread. If you prefer a private discussion you are welcome to use the Private Messaging system.

FWIW, silcnlayc's post did not strike me as negative at all. It was a relevant and succinct point and perfectly worth "opening their mouth" to make. Your dislike for what someone has to say does not make it invalid or unimportant.

If you don't like what someone has to say then either ignore it, block them so you won't see their posts, or report it. Otherwise their opinion is as welcome here as any other.

It is certainly the player's responsibility to check the website, but it is the CASINO'S responsibility to ensure that this information is CORRECT!


The issue here seems to be one of the player checking and finding something was "true", only to be told later it was NOT "true" by CS, but by then it was too late for said player to make other arrangements.

The screenshot shows that wire is not available to US players, but THIS screenshot is ONLY offered upon effecting a withdrawal.

When DEPOSITING, players are going to be checking the website, and wanting to see ACCURATE information these about both deposit and withdrawal options.

The Meister has done this in the accredited list, introducing an indication for whether casinos accept players from certain problematic countries, so it should not be a problem for casinos to place similar exception indicators on their website, perhaps an American flag crossed through for deposit and withdrawal options that are not available for US players.

NEW US players are not going to appreciate all the little "tricks of the trade" now in operation, and may conclude a casino is out to screw them over when they pluck something like this from "thin air", and present it to a player the first time they try to withdraw. I'll bet there are some long standing US players getting caught out too, because something that one casino classes as "impossible", is "routine" for one of it's competitors.

With regards to the wire transfer. I do understand all the concerns. I have requested that wire transfer be removed as a deposit method for US players. makes more sense, as players get frustrated when they can deposit via this method but are unable to withdraw.

Well exactly 8 days later I finally got my play history. This of coarse is after I prodded cs and threatened to close my account. I was first told by "kyle" that they were waiting on RTG to send info....I explained i had been promised that they would be in hands 2 days earlier and that I am really sick of the run around and that I may close my account.....then all of a sudden he says "oh Garry emailed them to today" So I check nope no email.....I tell kyle sorry I have nothing....He says he will resend....2mins later I have the email....but whats missing??? The stats.....no attachement! I emailed them and said I can view the stats as there is no attachement. 48hrs go by......nothing....today i get another email apologizing for forgetting the attachement.....guess what no attachment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A while later I got another email....this time with the attachment.....FINALLY.... OMG!@!!!!!!:mad: I clearly give up! This sort of bumbling I have zero time for.

You are right about the T&C's regarding the once monthly and three months. They have been corrected to state one message to the player. which is check terms and conditions at least once a month.
I'm not clear on when teamogf contacted support regarding the queries. However as soon as i was contacted i caught up on the situation and made sure teamogf was paid as soon as possible after seeing a quicktender account had been created.

They were having problems with the file attachmment size in the beginning since the report is quite big. All i can say is apologies for the wait and the forgetting of the attachment a couple times.
