@Tropica

Are you Duwayne? The last posts seem to be made by another person. I really do apologize if you are Duwayne, but something smells bad here.

And this:

Bryan claims to be an advocate of fair play, but he is everything but. Over the years, we have watched players report casinos from groups and no action is taken, where we are thrown into the rogue pit without even the courtesy of been contacted for our version of events.

It is no secret that Bryan despises Rival, however you cannot claim to be "an advocate of fair play" if you are not fair in EVERYTHING you do.

Regards,
D

Why did you then want to be here in the first place?

Well, do you think it is fair (and legal) for a business to be falsely accused and slandered by someone with malicious intentions? If yes, then that explains your post. A reasonable person (such as Bryan) would see that Towersoft is simply trying to destroy the casino's name.

Now, as a business, we need to protect ourselves. We do this by providing great offers, service, software and payouts. We also do this by taking legal action against parties who deliberately set out to tarnish the brand. It happens in every other business, so we will be interested in hearing why it can't happen here.

Please can you explain why we should idly sit back and allow this continued barrage of false statements / posts to continue when almost all of it is untrue. If someone had to say false things about you and it cost you your income or affected you personally, would you not seek legal advice?

Be reasonable. In all these forum posts, it is always the casino that is exposed while posters hide behind their right to privacy. If you do some research, you will find that anything posted online is considered written and therefore libellous.

Hope that helps you understand why we mailed him as he is simply posting for the sake of ruining our reputation.

I'm only idly following and reading along; not a player.
But as a potential player? I'd never deposit..and frankly, it's your responses. They're coming off belligerent. Instead of calmly explaining your opinion as a professional, you're coming off as antagonistic. I can appreciate you're frustrated. But you're supposed to be held to the higher standard. Just my 2 cents.

I am with you. Make it 4 cents.

Anyone can stick up for themselves, its how you do it. My whole point was, you are supposed to be a professional organisation, you are acting nothing but. Do you see other casinos who are tared and feathered on here or anywhere else for that matter responding in the way that Tropica is, NO.

As for the OP (Towersoft) I said I still haven't made up my mind about the whole saga, none of us know who is flinging the accusations and false statements we are not privy to some of the information, I just think you could have handled yourself a little better in your replies, like I said its making you look worse and I really had nothing to say about Tropica up until this point.

The mail was written in Feb. The decision to leave Meister was made in Dec. Up until then, we had tried for 3 years behind the scenes to get onto the Baptism by Fire trial. Bryan refused and that is why the quote was made in the mail.

The mail was sent to Bryan at the time so that he know what we were saying in private to Nifty.

I am logging off now and we will not be making any more posts. Any new matters will have to be emailed to us via the support email address. For those that supported us - thank you. For those that didn't, please take a moment to read between the lines and hopefully you will see the wood for the trees.

Good night,

Hi,

I agree with you, however despite dozens of emails and posts and Bryan and Gambling Grumbles telling the poster the matter was resolved and he was paid, he continued to post and post. At some point, been friendly and polite has to be replaced with anger and frustration.

The new owners feel that legal action is the best way to go as it will allow us to demonstrate that we did nothing wrong here and that the poster made the threats to tarnish our name and was simply carrying out those threats.

There are some things out of my control.

Thank you for the input though.

Regards,
Duwayne

Fair comment, maybe I should not have posted the new account suspension email. Words elude me sometimes so possibly most of my replies could have been better. I have learned that I will never delete any mails pertaining to online casinos again, archiving is the way to go. I am going to leave this for now, I have asked Bryan a question and will do nothing more till I hear back.

Hi,

My post was not written in bold and it is easy to misconstrue tone in the written word. At no point is my intention to be belligerent, however we can't keep going over and over the same thing here. This post is almost 40 pages in all because some guy did not adhere to the rules / requests and I am simply trying to put it to bed.

Talking of which, I am headed to mine. After 10 years as a member, I never thought I would be involved in "one of these threads".

Seriously - good night.

 noone suggested the words were in bold; it's referencing part of the text

Whew...being put in a central database for doing nothing except winning. This is alarming..the op won money and now is going to be put in there for bonus abuse and suspicious play.

This really makes re rethink everything about online gambling. There really is too many of these senarios popping up everywhere. Time for a margarita and hard rock after reading these last few pages.

Legal Action? Good luck. Let's see you (from abroad) hire a lawyer in the UK, sorry Isle Of Man, and successfully sue the OP. If you drag your heels paying 2.5k a month on a 9k cashout, then you'll fall over when you see the deposit you'd have to lodge. That notwithstanding, the OP would produce your CS chat/e-mail with the piece about 'winning our money back' after his w/d and the judge would dissolve into an episode of temporary incontinence.

Whatever your intentions overall, unfortunately you are always going to be associated with dodgy jurisdictions, cashout limits and software that has been almost exclusively used by rogues in the past. IF Tropica is genuinely trying to turn the corner then I understand why you are frustrated with this thread's interminability, but that is the same frustration the OP and other people have gone through waiting for their rightful winnings. :(

Since it seems as though this is really going nowhere but spiraling into some abyss of "wish I never said that", I'm closing this thread since there is really nothing much more to say. If the OP still believes he is owed anything, he can opt to PM me explaining the reasons in one paragraph or less. Otherwise, we done here. Thanks!
