I need some advice on the withdrawl method. I can transfer direct to my Bank account or Neteller, do you know if there will be any bank charges?
 
Update. 1 day to approve the documents, was sent an email yesterday saying the money would be with me in 24hrs but been told today that they are unsure if the money has been transferred because the accounts department are not in until Monday. Not please about this, will take 8 days from withdrawal to getting paid. Strange that accounts department are off for almost half the week, this has to improve if they want to keep my custom.

No, there shouldn't be as you played in pound and are paying into a UK bank so no conversion fees. The only thing you should pay is Tropezias summary transfer charge but it may be free for the first w/d of the week. In fact I'm pretty sure you'll pay nothing, as the bank itself definitely won't charge you.
 
It is because our welcome offer is 200% matching bonus. Since it is double of the 100%, the exposure and the cost is also double. If the offer was 100%, then we would have had lower WR for sure.

Actually you have that the wrong way round!
If the % of the bonus is bigger - then so is the total WR.
More WR = more exposure of the players money to the House Edge = more potential loss for the player.

This is why I have a bonus rating system on my sites, to help players understand that a bigger % does NOT mean a better chance of making a profit. It gives longer play-time for sure, but mathematically you are worse off with a 200% bonus than a 100% one if the WR is the same. (i.e. (D+B)xN)

Joined here last night after reviews. This place easy sign up to but boy I wished I hadn't wasted my money. Hit good feature on doa got up to £450 one point off £50 plus bonus.

However talk about lag and machine faults it was totally unbelievable. Machines just packing up and throwing me out saying unavailable. When had run of few wins then log back in again for nothing. It is a total joke, waste money I went from £450 to zero without decent win, in end I sacked starburst off went on ir as only machine playing, after masses dead spins I just wanted out there so max bet on doa just get rid money.

This wasn't fun it was torture.... Something very wrong with software here..... Very wrong.... I won't be back....

yeah yeah whatever, your talking out hat presuming nonsence, I don't mind loosing was £50, I do mind playing machines that constantly cut off, crash and lag. Would you be happy playing under such circumatnces? I think not!

Just sign-up..sent the docs for verification..and contacted LiveSupport..in fact LiveSupport contact me :p ..I asked for a sign-up /deposit bonus..and the op say I\m not eligible for any promo.. They offer me a 30% bonus deposit..No thanks.. I read the terms and only few countries are eligible for welcome bonus..

I am tempted to join, but the 48-hours pending is just too long, and lack of weekend cash outs. Shame, because there are a good selection of games there. One for the future if things change. Also, no facility to set a limit instantly which I think all accredited sites should offer.

The bonus wasn't credited so spoke to live chat who added it and they advised me it was 1 x wr. Anyhow it wasn't, after playing though least £200 it was still sticking. I wagered the lot and closed the account as was not working for me. The lag and cut off were still there but not as bad, the minimum £100 withdrawel sucks too.....

The 200% bonus is deposit matching welcome offer that is available to members from Germany. The minimum deposit balance required is €10 and the maximum bonus amount is €200. Current wagering requirements are 35 times the bonus+deposit. Slots and Keno contribute fully towards the wagering requirements and all other games contribute 20% of the bet amount towards the bonus wagering requirements.

I've also received my NETeller payout in EUR instead of USD. Luckily it was a small amount so I only lost $10 on CX. I think some customers would rather wait a few more days for their money to be paid in desired currency.

I just received the information about your bonus status. On your first deposit of XY you received the 200% bonus and then later you received a bonus for XY amount with no wagering requirements. The chat log also shows that the agent said that the bonus was without wagering. Maybe you you received a bonus with 1xWR at another casino and got them mixed up... I think our staff did well.

This shouldn't be necessary, players should reasonably be able to rely on what the accounting and banking screens are showing them. If the bonus can just be withdrawn, why not just add it as "cash balance" so that it is clear to the player that they have the choice of playing for more, or withdrawing it.

Do you REALLY want your customers asking CS whether it is permitted to withdraw EVERY bonus that the system displays as non withdrawable in order to not miss out on the few occasions when it is? This is how CS departments get overloaded, impacting the service levels for everybody.
