Got their disc snail mail today with a free $50......same software as Mandarin Palace....wonder if they are one in the same?

I got THREE discs from them yesterday. We gave it a whirl and were so bored with the games that we walked away and uninstalled without even zeroing out the balance. Now that is bored.

Hahahaha, I did the exact same thing. I don't know if it's just my old computer, but do the reels spin REALLLLYYYYYYYYY slow?

I still cannot understand why Mandarin Palace do not offer QT as a deposit and payment option especially since it seems that they are targeting the US market, they also still do not have affiliates either..that seems a bit strange as well. Anyone think that they are a part of the new reborn Grand Prive Group?

Yes the reels really do spin like that.....it was aweful....yuck. I only tried out mandarin so i cant remember if they were the same way or not....but some of the games could have potential but i gave up cause it was so slow.

I got TM Promo in the mail too. I think is the same as Mandarin Palace but not too sure. Reel spinning is too slow. Take almost a minute to complete one spin. I quit Mandarin Palace and uninstalled their software. I won't even bother to install TM. Waste of my time.

Great more coffee cup holders coming!

My second disk from Mandarin was getting a bit stained, so it was time for a 'fresh' coaster for my morning cuppa. ;)

I still refuse to download any of these casinos until we get some concrete info as to who the heck they are, or are NOT.

I too recieved the disk downloaded and thought whats wrong with my computer? Then I realized that same software as Manderian. So I called them and they told me they were not related at all to them. hmmmm something didnt seem right so I to uninstalled and made a pretty ornament to keep the birds away.

I was EXTREMELY bored and tired of losing my own money at my favorite casinos so I installed Treasure Mile. The reels did spin very slow, but it seemed like once all the games downloaded things picked up a bit. Managed to meet wagering requirements and make a withdrawal request. My withdrawal was approved within minutes of sending in the required documents (this was on Friday). I received an email stating my withdrawal would be sent out on Monday (17th). It is being sent by snail mail...up to 21 days to receive it. Will let you know if/when I receive it...then gotta wait and see if the check is good.

Very strange casino this is, seems you have to be approved before you can even play, weird.

Looks like a bunch of ass clown scammers using some very primitive (free) programming to get their casino online.

I did a google search on these two and evidently if you just go to the site and sign up for an account they won't let you in, they pick and choose who they let play which is very very strange indeed. I've noticed some shills on other forums "logged in, deposited and won thousands and was paid in xx days" riiiiiiiiight

Yes me and my husband received the discs the other day. Since I had Man. I let him have this one. It was mind numbingly slow. I don't believe or remember Man. spinning like this. it was insane. He put it on auto for 10 spins, it took so long he quit after one 10 spin session.

I don't think Man was this long because I deposited a few times. I quit playing there because like Rob said, no QT, or Wire withdrawal at the time. I like the games, and game themes fine. Just need to speed it up Software Provider.

I wonder if its something like the Jackpot Factory, Vip lounge casino where you can only join when invited ,maybe they got a list of high rollers/frequent depositers and only want them to join, weeding out the free for all bonus hunters/abusers or depositers who deposit $10 in 10 years .:D

Got mine from Treasure Mile today.

I admit I have played a lot at Mandarin, despite no word from CM on it yet. YES, the slots are insanely slow, but I play mostly VP so I did not mind. I really wish we could get a verdict on Mandarin, because I like the poker and deposit here and there.
I pray the people who posted here about withdrawals were legit (I think one was a regular). Not that I have had the oppurtunity yet, despite having built my balance up quite high a few times, I am one of those who just keeps playing WAY too long *sigh*.

I used the free 50.00 at Treasure Mile this weekend. I cashed in for 889.00 after they subtracted the bonus. They requested my documents. I sent them and they approved my wire transfer. They said it should show any day now. Will update as soon as I receive it.

I receive the CD today. Kept the letter so I could remember the name, but tossed the CD.

I'm more concerned with how they obtained my personal info.

Keep us updated Michelle! (And congrats).
I d/l today but am not having much luck...and it is FOR SURE the same group as Mandarin, same games, same programming, and even the same funny glitches (certain wins are silent, the sound isn't triggered).

update on my withdawal...

Received my check today. Now gotta wait and see if it clears.

Treasure Mile and Mandarin are part of the same group as one of the emails that I received from Treasure Mile said something to the effect of thank you for playing at Mandarin Palace.

Glad to hear these folks paid, but I didn't enjoy their games either. The slots were painfully slow for me as well. I didn't even bother spending all my deposit and logged out in mid-spin.

Received my money today. The max cashout was 500.00. The amount I got credited to my bank account was 432.00. I emailed them and asked what was up with that and they told me a processor inbetween took the missing funds. They did credit my account with 50.00 in the cash account to make up for some of the missing money.
