I was told a while back by a Rival rep that ANY casino that uses the pantasia processor can pay in ANY timeframe......so it shouldnt matter that lots of casinos use pantasia as they each have their own processing access and if they WANT to pay you within a few hours they CAN......they just WONT.
It is this point that really BUGS me.
If a casino can come up with a really compelling and ironclad reason why they CANT pay within 24-48 hours, then I will happily accept it.
It cannot be good for the casino, as personally (Im sure Im not alone here) I dont deposit again at a casino until I have been paid any pending cashouts - so if you make me wait 5-7 days, that is 5-7 days I am off depositing somewhere else. Now how does THAT make commercial sense?? Remember, the withdrawal is only reversible through the cashier for 24 hours, after that its unlikely for the customer to contact support to reverse.....so off they go to
another casino while they wait for you to pay.
Think about this point again people and let it sink in......they dont
WANT to pay you in a timely manner.....they dont
WANT to treat you as a valued customer by giving you what you want.
C'mon Tradition - break the mould and
REALLY show us that you
CARE about your customers and their needs. Take a risk. Be bold. Set yourselves apart from most other Rival casinos. If you dont, you'll be 'just another slow-paying Rival Casino'.
