On a lighter note.
I received an email from Tradition support giving me a special Friday 13th special coin today.
On checking the cashier - there was the coin - for $1.
The amount does not matter - I thought it was very funny and it brought a smile to my face:)

Wow, i looked now into my account and something have changed, because 1st of all, i'm no more bonus banned and 2nd there are even very good bonuses on it!

again a ND Bonus of $25 with a 100x WR (but 400 max cashout!)

120% bonus, with a 21x WR, which is very okay and with no minimum or maximum cashout and the bonus is also withdrawable, so that's really great :)

100% bonus with only a 18x WR, also good.

a 3rd deposit bonus with a 250% bonus and 30x WR, which is also very fine, because there is not any another ridiculous rule on it and the bonus itself is also cashable, so they've heard us now and this change is really very good :)

The only issue I have with Tradition Casino is that they take TOO LONG TO PAY.

As a verified customer, I should NOT have to wait 5 business days for a Neteller payout.

SlotoCash does it in 2 hours, Apollo Casino does it in 12 hours etc etc and they are all Rival Casinos, so if you want Tradition Casino to be up there with the best you need to seriously look at the payout times.

Ive been waiting 4 days now and I am not happy at all, and if it doesnt improve I will certainly take my business elsewhere.

I know there are a small minority who dont care if it takes 2 weeks, but if you check out the results of this poll you will see what players think:

It is also important to note that Casinomeister Accreditation requires 'payments to be made in a timely manner'.

Tradition Casino - please re-consider your cashout times as everything else about your operation, including promotions and quick problem resolutions, is very good.

I also got it but since I havent deposited in the casino yet it's OK with me though I would have thought it would be $13 like Vanguard and Slot Power.

I would suggest though, that at least a free chip of $10 be given to those who have deposited. $1 seems a bit stingy if the players are already regular customers.

That's great, because they've listet that it takes 2 working days, which is certainly much better, then 5 ;)

I made my withdrawal on monday and now i hope, that i'll get it tommorow, because then we have met these 5 working days rule, although they've written in their terms, that it can also be 2 days more, which is surely much too long, even for a first time withdrawal and this have nothing to do, because they're new, when another newer casinos (Apollo as an example) can also make your withdrawal within only 12 hours, like you mentioned before :)

They took 8 days for myself. Vanguard also took 8 days. I cashed out at Tropica on the 10th - docs verified on the 11th - still processing.
Tried to cashout my wagered balance at DaVinci last night. ( can only withdraw 500/day due to my "class" - its going to take 6 days to withdraw the balance . How long do you think it will take before I get the money - could be a couple of weeks I reckon.

Not too sure. I can confirm that my payment to neteller came from pantasia. Every payment I have had from a rival casino, except Sloto, came from Pantasia. And in most cases on a Thursday - I have heard before they pay on a Thursday. Thats what happened with Vanguard and Tradition with me. Have always received the payments however.

i also cashed out once from vanguard, it took 5-6 days to neteller. processor of vanguard is pantasia aswell.


my fastest rival cashout was on tropica, 2days.no docs asked.

at tradition i had no cashout yet. but i agree, they do nice on their bonusses but should do better on cashouts as what i read here.


i thought the only rival not using pantasia processor is sloto?

If a casino can come up with a really compelling and ironclad reason why they CANT pay within 24-48 hours, then I will happily accept it.

It cannot be good for the casino, as personally (Im sure Im not alone here) I dont deposit again at a casino until I have been paid any pending cashouts - so if you make me wait 5-7 days, that is 5-7 days I am off depositing somewhere else. Now how does THAT make commercial sense?? Remember, the withdrawal is only reversible through the cashier for 24 hours, after that its unlikely for the customer to contact support to reverse.....so off they go to another casino while they wait for you to pay.

Think about this point again people and let it sink in......they dont WANT to pay you in a timely manner.....they dont WANT to treat you as a valued customer by giving you what you want.

C'mon Tradition - break the mould and REALLY show us that you CARE about your customers and their needs. Take a risk. Be bold. Set yourselves apart from most other Rival casinos. If you dont, you'll be 'just another slow-paying Rival Casino'.

And the most user (like me) always flush their withdrawals, so why should there be any chance, to reverse my withdrawal, when i directly flush it on the live support?

But like you said, within the next 5 working days (so 7 days with the weekend) i can't make any deposit there, because my withdrawal is in process, so i must always wait so long, to get my money and that's the reason, why i prefer to play in casinos, which can pay me in a timely manner!

i would also appreciate any explanation from maybe an operator why the hell withdrawals are pending for some days sometimes without any change? if a player flushes on livechat and the casino has the docs and made their security checks why not make the transfer instant? for me such fastcashouts are the most important reason to redeposit.

whats the casinos view on this? if a player makes 100% sure he wont reverse and wants his money asap and has provided all docs, why not open your merchants accounts and transfer instant??

players should be taken serious when it comes to money and shouldnt get the impression there is a forced delay in some way.

fe. one situation on paradise8: i requested a payout, flushed it right away, send in my docs on request. 3days after i got a confirmation my docs would be approved, 3days! then i was told the withdrawal timeframe 2-5days would start at docs approval:eek2:
so i already waited 5days but because they needed nearly 4days to approve docs it was one week and a bit in the end. it was not my fault, i provided everything within minutes..

the good thing on rival is you know you gonna get paid in the end, but if you let players wait then for good reason.

Read this entire thread see what I went through. It took ten days. Then got some weird post from someone that I was being selfish. LOL I Pm'd and cleared this up with the Rep after I finally got paid, but let us not forget it took me about 10 days to get my win. My big issue was I was not getting any communication back from this casino about when I was getting my cashin and live help had no idea what was going on either.

I felt bad how hard I was on the rep and I apologized to her and perhaps will play there again, once I see people are being paid their win in a normal length of time. But ten days is to long to wait for a cashin.

Some times I'm not sure what everyone here really expects from online casinos. Especially a new one trying its best to get on its feet and at least from what I could see here making a vigorous attempt to satisfy the vast amount of different expectations from people all over the damn world.

First of all we have the owner of Tradition coming here explaining up front she is new and wants to be different from the rest. Give her credit for just coming to a site like this in the first place.

No doubt theres spam intentions for new customers, but for crying out loud give her a fair chance also. Maybe just maybe we found someone that really wants to do the right thing, and be better then the rest.

Im not saying this site wont end up on the rogue list, but lets give it a chance.

She already is breaking normal Rival protocol by removing the automatic bonus ban that comes with her software. She explained it had to be done manually and Im sure it takes time to accomplish. It has already been done for a few players here, which tells me eventually she should get to everyone concerned. Were not the only players playing at her site. Im sure as a new owner her plate is spewing onto the floor. Yet, posters want to jump back into the thread after 24 hours and cry there still bonus banned.

CLJ7221, as far as your payout that took 10 days instead of 8, cmon you cant be serious. Maybe the site will in the future be able to pay out in 48 hours, maybe it wont, But it was your first payout, give them a break. To keep trashing them over this is petty. If future payouts are similar for you, and you cant live with additional 48 hours lapse time, then move on. Maybe others here are fine with 10 days and are just grateful for even getting paid in the first place. Dont chase someone away because of only your selfish needs. Poker Stars a multi billion dollar site takes sometimes over a week to get me my funds after playing there for years and over a 100k in deposits.

Like I said before, this site may turn out to be nothing more then another rag, but why not give them a fair chance?

Me too, because there are even very valued members, which should actually know, that fast payment is very important and i think, that they also want to get paid fast, or not?

No they don't not unless it is their problem.Until then, waiting for our win as it sits in limbo for over a week, is just a "selfish need we have."

Wow, it seems dictatorship is well and truly alive. We cant even thank a post which in my view is quite balanced and accomodating.

A large part of the post in question focussed on the need to give new casinos a chance to make good. Tradition has tried to do this and should be encouraged to continue doing this. It's not easy to come and answer a barrage of questions here as there are a lot of meanies (including myself) who will give her a hard time. We are not necessarily agreeing that a 8-10 day cashout period is OK but that the casino be given some time to sort things out.

I had not been thinking about the 'selfish' part of the post when I thanked it but now I am not so sure.

On last week i tested MANY Rival powered Casinos, because complaint that i got via my blog, etc - So how their service work, quite ok, but when my friend encourage test their real skills, i complaint to very same casinos "why you have Finnish people banned against bonuses" or "Why finnish people are bonus banned", etc, etc the places was a random pick - just testing these casinos where wasn't any Finnish ban* They added excuse "because history of abusing......", because most are under Bonne NV... so after i show them, 3 apology, and 2 - ironically males (like i am) state a new term.... that casino have a rights.... blah, blah, blah... basically they didn't like that i tested them, but they also reveal, how they share the data.... why, cause they force me to say account name... and i was honest: I have not account with you. What was true.

I have all chats... but i do not want to make any harm, i just know that ALL Rival system is 100% shared* some games and promos are NOT.

The biggest thing of that post was being called selfish, and when I see the Thank you's on there just basically was saying you all agreed with it.It was not at one person. Just the fact that 8 days pass and did not get my win yet, not a reply from the casino, and then that post comes up with all the Thank you's was kind of upsetting as if I had no right complaining. Thats how I felt.

Rival brand is far from perfect.

It is true.... most people do not know me, cause silence... but i am person who come back and will disappear =)
