Resolved Tradition Casino

From the beginning on and now for more than one week i have the same curious problem at Tradition Casino when i try to withdraw. Directly after i choose a withdrawal method i get the message that the choosen withdrawal method is unavailable + Due to current withdrawal limits, this withdrawal method is not available at the moment. I don't understand this because its my first withdrawal request. I hope that the support will fix this problem. Further informations following...
 
I wish they would just stop spamming me. After 2 deposits there, I get at least 3 e-mails every single day, telling me the same story, that there's a 100% deposit bonus available for me.....stop telling me already....you succesfully pee'd me off and chased me away with your spam.
 
Chat help will inform you about the mails the casino sent you. The ones you never received. I was told that many times. I also mailed the Rep in here and never received a reply back from her about this issue. I was also VIP At the casino and should have gotten my withdrawal in a short period of time.

I am at least thrilled to have finally gotten my withdrawal in my quicktender yesterday afternoon. But I should not have waited this long for it. This Casino is very unorganized. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Ok Thats all from me about my experience with my first and last withdrawal from this casino. I hope you all get your money soon.

Hi JPK, can you contact to me and give me your login in the casino? I have an other player exactly in the same case than you, so i'll like fix your case in the same time. The only thing that i can tell you for now is that i'm not able any more to change limits for my players! Rival made a change but it removed to me this important acces... So, i'm waiting for they fix the problem :rolleyes: I'm really sorry for this...

Like i promised to you to flush it and i failed, i gave you a very nice no deposit bonus... i'm deceived to read that you don't want to come back to play,

It was appropriate, and appreciated,that you paid the sum due us through the win. Nevertheless,whilst I appreciated the token bonus you gave me, it did not make up for the comedy of errors from
emails lost, lack of prompt customer service and general malaise on the part of the casino. Granted, because you are a new casino, I have tried to measure my criticism appropriate to what actually transpired compared to your competitors and also the fact that you only replied to me after you saw my post earlier today. Hindsight is 20/20 as is a fabrication of actual events relating to why I was bothered by this in the first place. As my Grannie always said, if you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen. You are in a business dealing with hard, cold cash. I give it, play it and if win, expect to receive it in a timely manner, commensurate with your competitors in Rival, not to be sucked up into a symphony of incompetence and errors that make looney tunes look valid. If I pay and win, you pay in a timely fashion as is industry standard, no more or less is expected' gratitudes aside.

Pamela, all payments are processed 5 days after requested, week-end excluded :) The first time it's a bit longer because we accept documents, for sure.

That's much too long and i don't understand why you've mentioned something about 48hours on your webside, when you process it not before these 5 working days?

All cashout over 48 hours is unacceptable, because when we made our deposits, you have also the money instant, so why is it such a problem, to make faster cashouts, when even enough another casinos can do this without any problems and sometimes even within only some hours?

Since i've made my withdrawal at monday, it means, that i got my withdrawal earliest next monday, if not later, because it's my first withdrawal, although i sent my documents even in advance, because otherwise it will probably take 10 working days, or more *lol*

My post reply stated it all, yet she is not understanding this and I keep hearing about" all the reply mails she sent to me about my cashin issues".The only mail I got back was in here when she saw my post yesterday. I never received any reply mails regarding my cashin, as she stated I did. If her casino responded to my mails,I would have no reason to come in here and post about this in the first place. Certainly to much miscommunication with her and looks as if there is another Tech issue with her casino mail server sending me these invisible mails.LOL

Let us know what happens with your cashin.

Extract form terms :

10. Cashing of the profits

10.1. The minimum sum to be withdrawn from the casino by the user is 25 $//. On the other hand, if the user wishes to close his player account and that the balance of payments comprise a credit lower than 25 $//, the user must inform Tradition Casino by email so that it can proceed nevertheless to the transaction of payment of the remaining balance and the permanent closure of the account.

10.2. In order to receive his profits, the user must go to the casino bank and click on the corresponding heading named Withdrawal. The balance of the user will thus be modified immediately and the withdrawal will have a status called On standby. This statusOn standby is fixed at five working days, this time is fixed, irrevocable and nonnegotiable with the casino.

As long as the withdrawal is on standby, the user can cancel his request for withdrawal and re-credit his balance with the corresponding sum. During these 5 days, and like detailed in article 10.5. of these terms and conditions, the casino maintains the right to study the request for withdrawal and to claim possible documents related to the user account as well as the means of payment used by the user.

Beyond the 5th day, the casino proceeds to the phase payment of the profit as explained in paragraph 10.3.

10.3. The payments of profits will be carried out after the withdrawal period of 5 days described in article 10.2 and at the latest in the two working days following the acceptance by Tradition Casino financial services concerning the request for withdrawal made by the user.

Nevertheless, the user must wait a few more days in order to perceive on his bank account the sum corresponding to his request for withdrawal. This additional time does not depend on Tradition Casino, and can vary according to the method of withdrawal chosen by the user.

The only error made is mine : i wanted to flush your withdrawal but i failed. That's why Emma told you the 5th that you'll receive your winning by the 6th but you didn't received it the 6th, only the 10th. By the way, we always replied to you like stated above. More, 7th and 8th was during the week-end and we don't process to payment during week ends.

Ok, so you should maybe also teach this your chat support, because they should not say 2-5 working days, when it takes a minimum of 5 working days ;)

This is also very strange, because of this special rule it can even take 7 working days, so 9 days with the weekend and this is the longest withdrawal i've ever know at all casinos, except the rogue one.
 
Some times I'm not sure what everyone here really expects from online casinos. Especially a new one trying its best to get on its feet and at least from what I could see here making a vigorous attempt to satisfy the vast amount of different expectations from people all over the damn world.

First of all we have the owner of Tradition coming here explaining up front she is new and wants to be different from the rest. Give her credit for just coming to a site like this in the first place.

No doubt theres spam intentions for new customers, but for crying out loud give her a fair chance also. Maybe just maybe we found someone that really wants to do the right thing, and be better then the rest.

Im not saying this site wont end up on the rogue list, but lets give it a chance.

She already is breaking normal Rival protocol by removing the automatic bonus ban that comes with her software. She explained it had to be done manually and Im sure it takes time to accomplish. It has already been done for a few players here, which tells me eventually she should get to everyone concerned. Were not the only players playing at her site. Im sure as a new owner her plate is spewing onto the floor. Yet, posters want to jump back into the thread after 24 hours and cry there still bonus banned.

Maybe the site will in the future be able to pay out in 48 hours, maybe it wont, But it was your first payout, give them a break. To keep trashing them over this is petty. If future payouts are similar for you, and you cant live with additional 48 hours lapse time, then move on. Maybe others here are fine with 10 days and are just grateful for even getting paid in the first place. Dont chase someone away because of only your selfish needs. Poker Stars a multi billion dollar site takes sometimes over a week to get me my funds after playing there for years and over a 100k in deposits.

Like I said before, this site may turn out to be nothing more then another rag, but why not give them a fair chance?
 
Good point! Answering our questions within hours indicates that the casino is responsive and cares for the players concerns. Reason enough to give this new casino a fair chance. They make big efforts to sort things out.

You cannot compare my casino to Sloto for now, i know it and players have to realise it too. I'm launched since less than one month : do not forget :)

I really apreciate to have glad players and i know too that's easier to post complaints than congratulations ;)

We'll i'd like to add that i modified too like promised emails sent for improve our conversion, so now players never will not receive so many emails. But i'm not saying that they wo'nt receive nothing any more lol

Thanks a lot Tradition. I appreciate that, as it already takes abt 5 mniutes, and a lot of bandwith every morning, just to fill my junkmail thingy, plus the time it takes me to quickly look through it, to see if anything I actually wanted went in there by mistake.

anyway, I would like to say congratulations on the opening of your new casino, and hope it'll be a better one than most we see out there so far. :thumbsup: Shouldn't be too hard to accomplish with a bit of common sense, and going low on the stupidity in T&C's...I'd like to add...Keep it simple, so at least YOU can figure it out, then it probably won't be all bad :)

This was not your place to make any type of judgment calls.Perhaps you come in here for attention who knows, but to stoop to name calling, suggesting I am selfish , for not getting any answer on where my withdrawal is after almost 9 days is ridiculous. If you would have taken the time to read all the posts you would have seen my complaint was not all about how long it took, it was that I was not getting any answers on when I was getting my withdrawal.I had stated if I would have gotten an answer about why it was taking so long but she never replied. Yes you wrote me a mail in here the other day after you saw my post and then you wrote out dates you say your casino mailed me. Nothing wrong with my e-mail I have gotten mails from your casino before but never got mails you say your casino sent me the week I was writing asking about my win. I did not get any reply back from your casino.As I see mail complaints people are having with your casino you should fully check it out and see if this is another mail issue because I never received a reply back from your casino regarding my cashin.

Group Hug back:) Now this is the time when people start coming in and taking sides with the Thank you Button, something the Meister said not to do. Sending out Love peace and group hugs to all my friends and frenemies lol I really don't want this to turn in to a forum fight. We have had to many of those lately and I'm sure Simmo doesn't need the stress of another one and neither do I. Forum fights usually start when people want to come in here and only post to take sides.Then the situation at hand becomes bitter and hostile. It would really be nice if that did not happen and let the 2 in here resolve the issue on their own. I would love to resolve this with the Tradition Casino and play their again. But it is people coming in here to take sides , that will certainly derail any chance of working this situation out.

No not from your casino. I have in here this forum mail box from you yesterday. But your casino never replied to my regular mail. I do not have filters on my mail and always check the spam and delete anyway. Nothing. I want you to know, that if you told me it took 2 weeks to get my win, that was fine. I never got any communication back to my mail from your casino. Update, did not get any mail from you I just checked.

I have had an idea. I saw that you registered a hotmail email in your account and i'm sure the problem come from here because all hotmail emails have a spam filter....

So, here you are the solution : First, go in your spam file on your left and have a look if you find one of our emails, if yes, just click to "ALLOW".

If spam messages are already deleted, simply go at hotmail, go in "other options" and you'll see FILTERS AND REPORTS. Please chose the lower filter for spam action and chose also to clean your spam messages by 10 days period.

Let me know when you'll do this change and i will send you a new test email :)
