Trada free spins grief

Hey guys great site you got here, just wondering about 50 free spins i got the last day on the slot 'lights' on Trada i won a tenner on the free spins but got that 10 up to 400 playin immortal and DOA and a few others when i withdrew 330 i got an email sayin $200 was the max withdrawal so i have 172 euros on the way, i never saw that before, i thought it was turnover only all i can say is thank fudge i didnt get anything real decent on DOA or i would be really sickened now.Is this a common thing with free spins? cheers for any relies.

No need to PM, I have located your case.

There seems to have been a bit of confusion, so I will explain.

You deposited to claim the Lights promotion on the 20th July but the spins didn't add automatically (I am not sure why they didn't work for you). On the 24th July, one of our live chat agents manually added the spins for you upon request. When you subsequently wagered your winnings and requested a withdrawal, the banking department checked your recent bonuses and saw you had received a freebie that day without depositing (and assumed this was just a no deposit freebie, not something you deposited for).

For this reason, they mistakenly implemented the $200 maximum withdrawal. As you had deposited for the spins, this maximum withdrawal should not have been in place.

I have now processed a withdrawal on your account for the remainder of your winnings. Sincere apologies, it was a case of human error that resulted from the spins being added separately to the deposit.
