Trada Casino locked me out in the middle of the game for verify process... but game continues !!!

Dear guys! i was locked out in the middle of a live Roulette game for a verify process!

Why?


The game went on without me being able to influence it....

Your gaming platform did not respond because I had to verify (in the middle of the game!), but still my money was deducted for each click, !!!!!!! omg! Please help.@TradaCasino

i click the repeat bet button for bets but it dont work. so i clicked it once again and once again…..

The game just continues betting the same thing over and over until you stop it? Sorry hard to understand OP and not a roulette player.

I dont know what happend...

---- suddenly i got locked out / or i was locked out - definitely "the betting System" did not respond to my bets, so i clicked again the rebet button… then i was in the verify screen with an must upload of my ID.

why did you do this in the middle of the game? and your System did not respond to clicks in the meantime….

If I would compare it to a real casino. No one would bother someone,

in the meantime He is betting high bets,

with verifying the ID...




And additional the System dont respond to Klicks. So i Klicked again and again in hope that it work and bam my money go lost.

My reaction is now to withdraw all.. I have a bad feeling After this . Sorry guys.!

Perhaps we find a solution how to check where my money has gone.

Hey dear @Borgie yep. i have done it. :)

As you can see i have played a strong Martingale "strategy" (I had played many Plein numbers / covered About 80-90% on the table.

At this point now I got logged out and had no influence on the game. (My ID and such was required.) In the background somehow the game went on apparently without my consent or conscious bet.

Too bad that i can not look at the IDs to see what I supposedly bet and what came out... especially this would be interesting: 297724226 (but i hear that the support can do this)

Small Fun Fact, When I was going to log me back in, I already guessed that my balance will not be the same as before … - I check instantly the game history, and see this above...

Looks for me, like perhaps the "gaming System" Hangs up, and repeats my last bet in the meantime i was in the verification process.

….but it must be easy for @TradaCasino to see the exact time (

again.

In the terms I read this:

  1. In the event of service interruptions during gameplay our systems will endeavour to auto restore the gameplay to its pre-failure state.
Perhaps this tryies to happen and went terribly wrong, to my doom....


But this sounds good :) I’m sure we will find a solution together @TradaCasino

The reason I ask is I was playing there last night and it was a total nightmare, every game I played disconnected me from the server mid game due to technical errors then became 'unavailable' when I tried to re-enter - worst gaming experience ever that I just blew my deposit to get out there in double quick time.

Yep it was this night.

There were obvious issues last night and I would mail @TradaCasino, hopefully Conor or Rachel will be able to help but they may not respond over the weekend.

I hope you get it resolved but it kind of sullied my experience at Trada, couldn't even get a response from chat.

@Conor@Trada FYI, I also had similar issues Dead Or Alive got quite laggy around 9pm GMT, eventually it chucked me off with the standard NetEnt “there is a technical error” message.

Was okay a while later, and since.

Game lagging, as a rule, happen in many other casinos too! It's probably due to a large number of players online.

I normally avoid playing on weekends especially on Fridays.

When I see the game lag it instantly ruins my mood up and when I'm in a bad mood It means a guaranteed loss for me!

There was actually no lag on the games prior to the disconnections.

I had some messages like „bets rejected“ or something before I got complete loged out...

Checked now some other forums. Looks like a common problem with the gaming provider evolution gaming which @TradaCasino is using for live Roulette....

Some other users lost also money, or has been kicked from the table in winning situations.

Hope Trada casino can Analyse my last bets and clear up what happens.
