Hey can anyone help me out. I went on tradacasino and I won on my free bets - I then managed to clear the wager with what I had won. I’ve then got it up to £400 and deposited money. I’ve now withdrawal £410 and it says pending. They’re telling me I can only withdraw £100 of what I won. However it states on website T&Cs “you may only cash out bonuses and the winnings generated by the bonus after you have completed the wager requirements for each bonus” it also says “players shall not be prevented from withdrawing winnings from any bonuses which are not subject to wagering requirements or restrictions (or for which wagering requirements or restrictions have been satisfied” so surely I should be entitled to the full £410?

It also clearly says in the terms.

Winnings received through the use of bonuses (no deposit) or spins shall not exceed 100£/$/€. Any winnings which shall be made with bonuses or spins which exceeds the 100£/$/€ maximum, shall be considered as nil, and shall not be recorded as winnings. Only the maximum winnings of 100£/$/€ can be withdrawn by the Player subject to the terms specified in the Bonus Policy.

So i would hazard a guess that the casino is right and Max you can withdraw is £100.

Well it's kinda clear that if you got freespins without deposit max what you can withdraw is 100£/$/€ after wager is done. That same rule is on all aspire places.

Can Anyone advise if I’ll receive email stating I won’t be getting the full £410

Not only with Aspire - This is pretty standard across almost any casino that offers a No Deposit Bonus.

100 is the maximum you will get - It's in the terms. If they allow people to cash out as they please, they may as well shut up shop.

Cash out your 110 and save yourself time and energy.

The No Deposit bonuses are subject to restrictions - those restrictions are detailed in the terms - I.e - Maximum Cashout.
