I like to point out for high(ish) depositing and regular players that Trada and Betat treated me very well.
You get weekly 15-25% CB and with Trada even a small extra on total weekly winnings.
Betat's VIP manager Dan contacts me 3-4 times with a brief e-mail giving me all the updates about what has been added to my account and future offers.

Quite impressed honestly and worth sharing. I can't say about the deposit level you have to have, but I usually deposit between €50 and €300 mostly around €100 but a couple of times a week. I can imagine that some of the regulars here have similar figures.

We haven't differentiated much on deposit levels and stakes when it comes to treatment of player with our evaluation of casinos be it with Meisterpoints or with our general discussion in the fora. From my point of view these two casinos excel in VIP treatment.

Concur Hedge, although only for Betat as i am not a regular at Trada. Starting with Rizk this August, so will be able to report on that one within a few months from now.

Worth mentioning is that on top of the CB you can still claim the weekly promos, e.g. deposit based FS or 50/100% match offers. I deposited an average of 3K/month with Betat, hence not sure either what the minimum level is.

Kudos to Dan as well as Michael, Vasi and Karl for the excellent VIP support so far.

Would add VS to the list, although not as comprehensive as Betat's program I still feel very well cared for by their VIP program and Kenny, their VIP host.

I agree also that this kind of details should have some bearing on the CM score. Or at least being mentioned/recorded in their CM review.

You are right. I can claim all the regular offers too. I'm not as active with VS as I used to but I can imagine that Kenny does a great job as well.

I forgot to mention that the WR on those CB are very reasonable, usually 10x bonus. I don't mind that much since it's FAR below the regular 35-50x bonus elsewhere.

Interesting to mention when introducing me to the VIP programme that the initial question from Joe (Trada) was: "Interested in an ongoing VIP deal where you can claim 5% back in cash or 15% back in bonus cash?"

I know folks like Rizk and VS offer "no bullshit, just cash" offers where there is no messing around with WR but the CB they can offer are then far lower then if there are some WR attached.

Betat - 15% --> 1x WR
Rizk - 10% --> no WR!

Great offers, one is credited on Friday, just right to start off my weekend without having to deposit and the second on Monday just right to fight off the weekend 'blues' if it was a losing one. :D

Interesting that betat offers different WR for different players. IIRC I'm at 5-10x WR at betat and 10x at Trada.
But you are an exclusive slots player (right?) while I regularly enjoy some Blackjack too.

Yep, slots only. :D

The 1x WR for CB was only recently introduced when they reshuffled their WR requirements and bonus structure, e.g. FS winnings = 10x WR, wagering only with bonus and therefor reduction from 30x D + B to 30x B.

These programs are also the reason why i concentrate my gaming just on a few casinos, Rizk i only took on this month (i prefer the no WR approach and welcomed their recent RG introduction, the LOCK feature for WD's) and Jorunn has been a great host so far.

Guts 10 % CB × 1 wagering. + extra bonuses sometimes 50-250€ x10-20 times wagering

Rizk 10 % CB. No wagering. Sometimes spins also added.

Thanks for the feedback Hedgehok, really glad you guys like our VIP program!
I know Joe will love to know his work is being mentioned on the forums! :)

Sorry to drag up an old topic, but is this 10% of losses? Is it open to those that deposit between £300 and £1000 a week?

Hi, long time reader, first time poster :)

Hi all,

I'm currently a VIP member at Betat and Guts, and up until recently Trada.

I don't usually post but thought I had to regarding this topic, just so other readers know the full story.

I have nothing bad at all to say about Guts and Betat. Two of the most outstanding and trustworthy sites I have dealt with for many years. No BS, and they do what they say and have never gone back on a deal or suddenly changed a deal. I can highly recommend both their vip programs as other members have described above.

As for Trada unfortunately my opinion isn't as complimentary.

I became a vip with Trada since they first opened and always gave them my support. The arrangement was always the same. I would receive 15% bonus funds back on my previous weeks net losses, and this was regardless of any bonuses or offers I claimed throughout the week.

This arrangement ran smoothly for the past year or so without any issues, until this current week.

On Monday just gone I contacted live chat as per usual to claim my cash back for the past week's losses, and to my surprise I was told that suddenly I wasn't owed any cash back because I had claimed some bonuses and offers the previous week. This is the first time EVER they had done this, and despite telling them this hasn't been an issue previously, I was basically told too bad and that it is now in the terms of the vip deal that any bonuses claimed during the weekly period will be deducted from any cash back owed on the Monday.

I have no problem with that term itself, but I think it's a tad convenient and a little sly to suddenly enforce that term when it has never been enforced in the 12 months I had been playing at their site previously.

When I tried questioning them on why the sudden change after my playing habits and cash back deal hadn't changed until now, I was treated like a fool and asked what I meant??

IMO this is an early sign of distrust, and maybe an early sign of things to come. Either way Trada lost my complete trust at that moment and I closed my account. IMO they aren't a stand up outfit and aren't people of their word.

This is just my opinion of course, but I think other players should be aware that Trada aren't afraid to change things when it suits them, and if you are a large depositor like I was, this is the last thing you want to encounter when you think you have a solid deal in place.

My advice would be to stick with the big outfits such as Guts and Betat as they have never changed their deal in the past few years I've been a vip at both sites, and I can almost guarantee they wouldn't suddenly deny a player what their owed on the day any cash back is owed.

Thanks for reading. :)

Hi Thurman,

Rachel here, I’m the Head of Casino at Trada.

Sorry to hear that you do not feel the service provided by our VIP team has been up to the standards you receive elsewhere.

I have however had a review of the issue you have raised along with your account activity, chat logs and any other relevant information. Following this, I am happy to stand with our VIP team’s decision which keeps within the terms and conditions.

Although there may have been some weeks in the past when, as a goodwill gesture, your bonuses throughout the week were not deducted from any payments, this term was in place since you were emailed them on the 27th of April this year.

We have never broken our word, denied a player what they are owed or changed things to suit us. All of our players are treated fairly and within the terms and conditions which they signed up to.

Regards,

Rachel

Hi Rachel.

That's fine that you stand by your team and I didn't expect anything less.

Just one thing I'll address that you incorrectly stated, and I think it's important that members here know the complete truth.

You said, "Although there may have been some weeks in the past when, as a goodwill gesture, your bonuses throughout the week were not deducted from any payments, this term was in place since you were emailed them on the 27th of April this year."

Sorry but this is incorrect. There weren't some weeks they weren't deducted. They were NEVER deducted as I originally said, hence my confusion as to why this week they suddenly were.

Anyway, I'm not overly bothered as in the end it's you guys that lose my business, and I lose nothing as I still have numerous great sites to play at. :)

I'm also not sure how you checked my account as you said considering I haven't disclosed who I am, but the fact you are able to tell who I am tells me there was possibly more to why I was denied what I was owed than was let on.

I stand by my original statement, and whilst I wish you the best of luck, I also think it was fair to warn others that Trada don't stick to their deals and/or will change deals when they please.

Considering I won a lot at your casino and was well up, and whether this was factor in the sudden shift in the way I was treated is obviously debatable, but I'll happily take my money and run as I'm sure Betat and Guts will continue to welcome my business since Trada obviously didn't.

No hard feelings and all the best. :)

Good for you ! Nothing against Trada as they have seemed like a good casino whenever I've played there but I think it's important to let casinos know in general that WE are the customers and we should be treated well or we take our custom elsewhere . Tired of the casinos being a law unto themselves making up the rules and changing them whenever they want and all they have to say is "well , thats our terms so tough luck "

Hi again,

Thanks for the response and I am happy to stand corrected on the fact that these bonuses were not previously deducted.

I was aware of the issue as it was referred to me from the VIP team following your Live Chat interactions a couple of days ago and therefore could check your account.

I also still dispute your opinion that "Trada don't stick to their deals...". We stuck by all deals that were made. Having said that, we are best of agreeing to disagree here as I don't think either of our opinions are going to change.

Finally, I can assure you that whether or not you were winning had no bearing on any decisions regarding your account.

Hope you have a great Christmas and continue to enjoy playing wherever it may be.

You lost me with the bolded paragraph. Good input otherwise.

I was surprised by the change too and got far less cashback for calendar week 49 than I expected. But it was explained in the usual professional way I appreciate very much at Trada. No matter which of their great guys I'm talking with be it Joe or more recently Conor.

Generally speaking with the "old" loyalty system you had a free lunch proposition when using "CB25" or the daily bonus codes. Additionally you could claim the weekly loyalty bonus on your winnings/losses. So basically when you never play without pending CB you could turn the odds in your favour.

Since Trada is a business it would be unsustainable to leave the old loyalty system with a growing number of VIPs. Absolutely nothing to blame Trada for since they let everyone know about the change.
