TonyBet - worried about withdrawal

I wouldnt normally play at a place like this, but due to being on a timeout on the others I play I signed up. I deposited £200 and got insanely lucky where I hit 2 consecutive 1000x spins on a base game in Fruit Party. Netting £5.3k. I was a little stunned to say the least. Anyway, I have gone to withdraw, provided all the documents, more than they need (via chat) and am now waiting. Stupidly I googled them, and their Trust Pilot reviews are very worrying. If you filter out the nonsense and the cries of people losing, the withdrawal stalling is making me very nervous. |Has anyone had any issues with this place, the more I search the web, the more worried I become, as they dont really look like a reputable firm. Ive received no notification my documents are accepted - granted its only been a few hours - but Ive also not received any notifications of deposits/withdrawals from them (the deposit I have through Paypal).

Also not had an issue with Tonybet, although not played there for a while.

Used to play there a bit a couple of years ago and never had an issue withdrawing. Used to have interesting free spins that would give plenty of play-time but on strange bonus terms, from what I recall.

Stil the same, loose £10 you get 100 spins on starburst on a Tuesday, if you don't win you get 100 spins on berry burst on a Thursday, only bad part is they don't have a thing that tells you how much you have wagered or when you have beaten wagering. You have to keep an eye on how many spins you have done yourself. Also if you have wagered £50 on netent games you get the gonzos quest mystery wheel giving upto 100 spins. All wagering is on netent games only. And the balance you have won't show up on your home screen till any of the wagering is complete, you can only see it in netent games.

Ok I appreciate the comments, their Trust Pilot is more than worrying though and I really dont want to be waiting 72hrs for verification + 48hrs for processing for such a big win.

I wouldn't focus too much on Trust Pilot, there's a lot of fake reviews on there.
I'm sure you will be paid fine, just keep at them.

Take care,

Rob :)

no exist a casino rated good on TRUST, full of losing-crybaby-players. Also if you search the big names
are full of bad reviews.

They have now verified me which is a start, but im still waiting for my withdrawals to be processed. Apparently, you can only do 2.5k/day

Thats it. I remember getting a lot of free play time. Decent, I think, or at least different

SO its now been over 48hrs since verification and no withdrawal received. They keep palming me off with the same old tired excuses that there is a queue of withdrawals in 'real time' it now could be up to 72hrs. Plus I have to wait 24hrs in between each 2.5k withdrawal. I cannot wait to get my money and close my account, I will never play here again. Imagine winning big and you cant get the money out. I have threatened everything under the sun and they still copy/paste answers. It's the wrong way to deal with customers, if you want ppl to come back and gamble then slow paying and making excuses is the nut low way to go about it. I wouldve stayed with them if they paid promptly

my only experience with tonybet was this:
i signed up with a €25 no deposit sportsbook bonus.
i managed to make the wagering (10x on sports) and after depositing the minimum of €10,
i cashed out €300.
this was before the casino was added. when the slots came, i left.
i need them to be separated.
probably not useful because it was more than 5 years ago

TonyBet does pay out and it's usually something between 12 - 120 hours, usually 48 or hours or so.
