Yesterday Thrills sent me an email saying if I deposit, I get some FS today on their new slot NRVNA.

Opened the slot yesterday, and today.. It doesn't work.. Just a blank purple screen..

I got the same email, Which is a funny one? If WildReels states game not for U.K ? But received spins on supperlenny, I thought them casino's run of the same engine? Its a bit naughty to send out the offers if cannot play,

Bit of a bumble sending out a promo to players that can't actually play the slot. I got one from Super Lenny re the 5 free spins but slot doesn't work. Promotions team for both casinos should have done more homework before they sent the promo out IMO.

NRVNA Issues

First of all sorry for the issues with the game release of NRVNA.

As mentioned in the thread NRVNA is unfortunately not available for UK players due to the licensing work with our Platform, we are working on it to have it available asap.

Unfortunately we accidentally included our UK players in the e-mail going out. And since there was a gamelink included in the email the UK players who clicked on it would get the blank game loading. Very sorry for this and the players it affected have been (if you haven't please let me know) contacted in the in client messaging system about compensation.

Also i read that there were some players for who the game did work at one point and now it doesnt, can you please send me your username so I can investigate.
