So here is the story with thrills.com. Yestrday i have deposited 30 euros and got 30 from them. I have started to play with 2 eur perspin and made them in to 400 euros then i increased my stake and i had to wager 1800 eur due to bonus. ibwas lucky and and i hit big win of 3000 and kept playing with 15 euros spins and i made 7000 when i requested withdrawal i was asked to send documents i sent them the docs and today i received a mail saying account is verified but i was playing with more stakes then it was allowed for bonus wagering. max spin for the bonusbhad to be 5 euros and thats why they have confiscated my 7000 eurs. when i asked mybhistory i clearly see my bonusbas wagered. Cos after big spins there was smaller spins i made and it counted as wagered.they saw d tgat it was nit counted as wagered since it was big stakes(funny) I guess they do not have 7k to pay.

    .

Yes, when playing with a bonus at Thrills max bet is €5. This is clearly stated in their rules and it is a rule you will find in most online casinos these days.

Thrills is a very reputable accredited casino so you can always send the rep a message. I am sure Erik can take a second look at your case.

Little wiggle room on this one I'm afraid as has been pointed out above.

Just posting as a heads up to let you know Erik is usually very helpful and approachable, however he has not been very active on this forum last few weeks, nor replying to PM's

With this in mind you may want to ask support (live chat at Thrills) if he has a direct e-mail address or contact number.

Just an idea and although I don't hold out much hope (sorry ) I wish you the best of luck!

Inhad to wager 1800!euros and i had left 480 which is completed after. In this case they shouldbeasly tell me you need to wager the bigger stakes is not counted but you have left 480 euros to wager. For me reputable casino wouldnt do this. when i ad yesterday all the balance they said nothing only when i withdarw. I will also check with mga their rules. i also believe they might have changed it after. but mga has their rules and i have told mga to check and also complained thatbthe site doesnt even have limits fornthe players which is agaisntbour maltese rules. I am not going to let it go. Reputable companies here in malta are not this typesbthat cant pay 7000. i am almost a vip in guts and also rizk they should have consider these thing. The guy called frank was likebthis is it if u want go to mga. whaaatt?? Also they couldnt quote me the text saying that the amount will be confiscated. its doesnt say it will be. and why they havent taken all but leave 633 euros :) this is what they can afford to pay. Love videoslots for thisbreason make a wd and get it processed in 20 min even when 4000 euors

To indicate that Thrills can not afford to pay a €7000 withdrawal is just silly.

As mentioned - try to contact the rep first and if you still feel you have a case, then you can always file a PAB:

It is not fair to say they didn't tell you about the max wagering.

It's written in the rules, it's your responsibility to read them. That's "telling you".

If you bet over 5 euros a spin before wagering was completed, then your winnings didn't happen as you didn't play according to terms.

If you have been working in the industry for seven years, you must be well aware that most casinos have max bets allowed while playing with a bonus. A few have implemented blocks on betting more than permitted, but honestly far from the majority of them. If it was a requirement, then I'm sure all would.

You agree to terms when you play. If you can't be bothered reading them, or think they should not apply to you, you get zero sympathy from me.

    Thrills are extremely solid imo.

For you to be in the industry 7 years, you should know the max bet rule on bonuses.

Sorry to say but this is a simple case of the player not reading, or understanding the bonus rules before accepting the terms.

Not the first time its happened, and I dare say probably not the last either.

Newbie trying to use the CM platform and registered only because he told Thrills that he will post his story on forums when they confiscated his winnings and wouldn't pay him.

Anybody, who claims to have been in the industry for 7 years, surely knows CM and should be aware of the complaints procedure. If you really have a case you keep quiet and file a PAB. If you don't and want to put pressure on the casino then you post a thread like this, trying to tell everybody how awful they are. (aka Chance Hill thread)

And this when Thrills was so fair to leave him the winnings up until the point he started the over betting. Never seen that before and is certainly a great gesture from the casino. Usually players get only their deposit back, if that much.

I would even go that far to say that he works for a competitor and is slagging off Thrills here for a reason.

Get lost Erol, you don't deserve and certainly won't have our support for such a blatant disregard of the bonus rules. :axeman:

Another case of 'You cannot help someone who does not want to be helped' or maybe 'You cannot help someone who knows it all already'

Not one 'thanks' to members who tried to help and almost an argument against any posts trying to help him out.

You said it well Harry 'Get Lost' indeed!

Hey there i am of corse thanking to those who are trying to help. i have no argument with non of us here in the forum and i cant have it as its not even logical. i just wanna say that when you have breached a rule you either confiscate all or nothing. In my game transactions i can see that the wagering has completed. And this is the file they have sent to me. When you dont wager they can say hey you cant wd cos you havent wager yet.And not confiscate the funds and leave some that didint even make sense. Again thanks for all that tried to help;)

They(all casinos) should really implement a system to block bets over maximum allowed when playing with bonus money. Should have contacted support and explained the situation. These rules are usually in place to make sure no one abuses the system and little wins(for Thrills this is nothing) like this would probably slide through if you play nice. Still, the casino software could do with improvements as well.

Yes indeed. The only thing is there was no abuse of nothing i have strated wiyh 2 euros spin then increased 3 then 4 etc.Just like everyoneelse would do when their bankroll is big then the stake gets better.Another thing is that i have increased it when only i had 480 euros left out of 1800 euros. But then i have dcreased my and it did count as wagering as i can see it on the file they sent me.I did not keep on playing with higher stakes then 5 euros.Support just told me that if i want i can contact MGA :).Why wouldnt they confiscate all but leave me 637 euros which i really wonder.

    Hi

First of all I am sorry to hear that you have issues with one of our brands. As i have seen in this thread it unfortunately looks like you broke the TC of the bonus we offer. I can still take a look at your case if you PM me your userdetails, but unless there is some more information to the case i have a feeling it might be tricky.

    Best Regards
    Erik

Previously the max bet was 20 or 25 , cant remember which, and they updated the terms , but did not inform the players that the max bet has changed. It is players responsibility to know the terms, but in order to know them, the player must read the rules EVERY time they play, which is a pretty cumbersome procedure.

Some net entertainment casinos inform the max bet everytime a player logs into a game. So if its not possible to set the max bet players should be atleast informed this everytime via a pop up message when they are playing with a bonus.

So yeah, the casino is right on this one, but the max bet rule is by far the most common reason to void player winnings, for every online casino. And i am very sympathetic for the player , because the player(s) were not properly informed of the rules change, or then i missed something. But if this is the players first deposit at the casino, then for sure he should have read the rules, i don't think he said it was his first deposit , but it could have been.

    Hey there ,

when they change rules they have to submit that to mga so i have asked the rule before and they will check for me. I have no idea why my gold lab olay which is half of the max bet was not counted? This is very fishy and the xls doc was pulled out from their system. As we can all see the wagering left on the right side did not change. I have got no explanation on that. I tried to ask support she said it is technical issue so she doesnt know.
This is very rude of them not to count my wagering where it should be counted. They didnt know that themself. Anyways waiting for MGA reply in that one
