Tips Thrills Casino

From Thrills' bonus T&C:
Players from the following countries are not permitted to receive the first deposit bonus, any deposit bonuses or free spins unless otherwise stated: Czech Republic, China, Croatia, Denmark, France, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Italy, Latvia, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, The Netherlands, Turkey, Ukraine & USA.

Why are the Netherlands excluded from any bonuses?
Why do they ban certain players from bonuses who can play there?

Oh good to see a new Netent that accepts USD as I know quite a few don't accept USD or AUD. I'm a happy camper :)

Yeah I checked it up to be sure and they do have USD

.

I see that Thrills has added two new games from NextGen today - Wildcat Canyon and Easy Slider - which is cool.

But they are a bit difficult to spot unless you are actually looking for them.

I think Thrills should consider creating a "New Games" section or at least list new games in the "Featured" section.

That message isn't totally correct or clear - players from some of those countries are NOT allowed to play at all due to licencing rules and/or the country in question banning online casinos who aren't licenced in their own jurisdictions, e.g:
Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, USA. (I'm not 100% sure about all of those).

All the other countries on their list are excluded from bonuses because generally players from them are notoriously bonus "abusers", multi-accounters and fraudsters.
These countries are banned at the discretion of each casino; some casinos will only bonus-ban a few or none of those countries, while others might have even bigger lists of "naughty countries".

I've even seen a few casinos who don't allow UK players to claim bonuses - what a total outrage!

Alarming behavior!

As I wrote in the original post, thrills agreed to pay me back 1000NOK.
These where accepted deposits, after the account was ask to be closed.

WHAT HAPPENED:

5 days later 18.Dec they release all VISA reservations from 12 and 13.Dec. More than they was suppose to pay back.

THEN:
They make new reservations for more then what they released causing my account to go into negative balance.

THEN:
I transfer money to make the account balance positive, then I wake up to see that they have taken EVEN MORE money from the account.

I have now sent them bank statements of all deposits made to them(taking a lot of my time)

They have absolutely no control what so ever, relaying on the customer to clean up their mess!

Until this issue has been resolve STAY AWAY.

Nothing is worse than a casino the plays with your private bank account without permission.

WOW thanks KK didn't know thats a bit messed up surely they should bb on a player to player basis

Why do they ban certain players from bonuses who can play there?

Almost all NetEnt casinos are excluding players from a few selected countries to claim bonuses. They can sign up and play, but not claim bonuses/free spins.

You will find a similar rule over at for example Guts, Betsafe, Redbet, CasinoEuro etc.

Players from countries like Russia and Poland are often excluded from bonuses. You will quite often also find Canada and Greece listed.

There are lots of Netent casinos that DO offer bonuses to Dutch players

Yes, I think that Dutch players can claim bonuses and free spins in probably most NetEnt casinos these days. I wish all of them (those who target international customers) would allow this as NetEnt is very popular among players from Netherlands.

@ rainy and Mouche12 Agreed, gotta bit of catching up to do on several threads including this one, but i mostly go to the last page of a thread to see if i can deduce quickly what has been said and needs to be done ^^
Only rarely does it end up saving me time though..:p

Anyway just had to quickly react on that topic that has been bothering me for ages:
If you open your doors to certain countries: be sure to make all your offers, or the bulk of them available to all those countries you cater to, if you don't it seems like favoritism to the average Joe that doesn't have a clue about licensing, active promotion restrictions and whatnot, and probably doesn't care either way.

If despite that those players still sign up, offer them side deals, especially once they have become loyal.
Also, sign up bonuses that are only available to one, or a few countries will never come across as genuinely good.
You don't sign up from some excluded country with a clue, you probably just saw the flashy banner, and it's always disappointing, at any stage (during sign up, after sign up or worse, after depositing) to find out that your not eligible.
Happened to me at so called "respectable places", even after i was a "veteran".

Pick up your sox! @ all Casinos that do this!
Nothing personal Erik, you seem to be doing a good job and i think i still am interested to try, but since the topic was uttered, i just had to say add 2 cents:)

I forgot my login details and now I can't log back in whenever I fill the forgot password form out it comes back saying: Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.

Not very helpful.

Update: Okay even stranger... I never received any registration email from Thrills casino and when I try to register a new account with the same email address it's letting me use the same email address when it should be rejecting it because it should already be on their system. I've got a receipt from Skill luckily but has anybody else experienced this?

hi mrmark21
I think I know what the issue might be, could you please PM me your usernames and I will check it out

Hi, just my two pennies.

I have registered yesterday, and did a deposit in the process.
Surprisingly I haven`t received one email, nor with my registration details, offers or depo confirmation.
That should be a given, I have ticked off to receive all correspondence.

And of course, the lag on MGS and Quickspin games have been very bad.

I would expect these to be a teething problems, as they say, but I read that Thrills is run by experienced
casino people, so please get it sorted

Erik has has just about fixed it for me. Silly me entered the wrong email address which would explain not being able to submit the forgot password form and not receiving any registration email. Thanks Erik :)

Bonuses and Restrictions

Hi

I thought I would give some feedback regarding the questions about bonuses and country restrictions.
The markets we have chosen to exclude from the welcome offer is based on historical experience and statistical data. With that said it doesnt mean that we will never offer bonuses in those markets. We are still a young company and as we grow we will constantly add on more languages, payment options and other functionality we feel we need to give a good casino experience in those markets. If we would create a general bonus that would be the same for all markets it would need to be a lot less generous, meaning that players in our core markets would receive an unfairly low bonus.

Regarding The Netherlands that has been mentioned in this thread I do believe that it is a great market, if you have the set up for it. We chose to exclude it from the general bonus based on stats we have seen histrionically. We have seen that to be able to offer a good casino experience and not attract a lot of bonus abusers, you need to have a site translated in Dutch, have dutch speaking support or at least have a bit more of a brand presence in the market.

Of course we welcome players from The Netherlands who wants to try us out, and I have made sure that for all the Dutch players here who wants to give us a go will get the welcome package aswell. All you need to do is contact the live chat after your deposit and tell them that you want the welcome offer and just say it was ok with Erik.

If anyone has anymore questions please do not hesitate to contact me at any time

Best regards

Erik

I never thought i would say this about a casino.
But the sooner i bust out on this the better.
Its terrible for errors.
Im not lasting more than ten minutes on any slot without either getting logged out and a demo version loads up, or the reels dont stop spinning and i have to reload game.
I even get logged out after i have finished using live chat

Hi JdRocks
Super sorry for the issues you have been having, could you please PM me your username and we will take a look at what happend. We had some issues with our provider that caused the games to lag a bit. We are doing everything we can to minimize the occurrences of tech issues but sometimes they slip through.

I haven't looked yet but is this a QuickFire installation? If so, that's not at all unusual - all the QF casinos I have tried lag (with varying degrees of responsiveness but all very noticeable) and it's not an operator-specific issue. Error 2.

Yes, but this happened every 10 minutes all the time, I knew when it was going to do it.
And then when I exited the game, I was logged out and had to log back in.
It also was happening on the net ent slots.
I usually use firefox but tried IE and the reels would not stop spinning after 10 minutes yet again.
So firefox would log me out after 10 and IE would have spinning non stopping reels after 10
Just seems strange that it was always ten minute intervals, where as other casino's, it may happen now and again.
Cleared WR on another site on quickfire and only saw error 2 code once

I registered and deposited it here earlier today i have a withdrawal pending so i keep you guys posted on how i get on. I must say though i had no problems with the site at all so far games seem to play like any other net ent casino Ive played at.

Thanks
paul

I made two deposits (38 an 30) and received the 100% and 50% bonuses.
I played secret of the stones but didn't have any luck on the first 2 deposits.
As there was some problem with adding the 50 free spins on starburst the playthrough on the second bonus was reduced to 35X instead of 50X
It didn't help me much but that was fine with me.

Then I made a 3rd deposit of 25€ and turned into 100€. I decided to withdraw but couldn't because I still had 75% bonus wagering left :what:
My mistake I guess because I had a few cents left when I made my 3rd deposit. That few cents bonus balance was now 76€ of the 100€ I wanted to withdraw. :(
I contacted support about this and they will get back to me by e-mail an they asked me not to play in the meantime. I honestly do not remember if I hit anything on my 1st spin after I made my 3rd deposit. Als don't know what the rules are when this happens. Will wait and see.

Chat was a bit slow but very friendly. The games played very smoothly

Criminals!

Now for the THIRD! time and weeks after my account was closed. They have made new reservations for over 2000NOK. This is now a criminal case and will be sorted trough higher sources.

-D-

For the love of God stay away! This is the only advise I can give. Frustration is boiling over now. They have no control and ASK me
for screenshots of my bank account statement everytime!

PS: I have always trusted ticket surf international, but I will never use them again after what happend here at Thrills. From now on it is prepaid cards only! The feeling of waking up the third morning in 3 weeks to see that they make new reservations is horrible. The uncertainty when someone is playing with you bank account.

I do not think it is very fair of you to call the people over at Thrills for criminals.

This is most likely issues related to their payment processor. Ticket Surf International is being used by many casinos, including accredited casinos.

Are you sure that these reservations are related to the deposits you have done over at Thrills?

HI Dagobert
I am very sorry for the issues you have been having. During the whole process we have been in contact with the payment provider (in this case ticket surf) and they have assured us that the transactions we wanted to revers to you have been reversed and should have been deposited back to your account. I will contact you in PM regarding the case and I will make sure we get it all sorted.

The money is now back in my account. Ticket surf has let go of many "false"/double reservations.
I would advise to be careful with Thrills/Ticket Surf until a clear answer of what happend has been given.
I have been in dialog with the security manager and he assures me everything is going to be sorted.

I am still missing the initial 1000kr payback though.

Hi JdRocks

You lag issues seems to be a bit more sever than for the rest, did they continue to be as bad or was it isolated for that session?

Erik

How are they on Netent games?
Are they effected by the same spin delay as casinos powered by EveryMatrix?
Seems I may have to find a new Netent.

@Erik: May I deposit with Ukash and withdraw by Skrill?

Thanks.

Hi

We have had some reports that players experience some spin delays, it is not across the board though and its about the same as other EM powered casinos.

Ukash is planned to go live next week and yes you can deposit with Ukash and withdraw to skrill following account verification.

Regards
Erik

Amazing!

I really love this casino! Fantastic design and lots of games! Document verification time is the fastest i've ever seen! Friendly support indeed. Thrills can be huge if they solve all problems/feedbacks that other CM users mention!

I lost all my deposits though but i believe Thrills hanging there with the biggest casinos withdraw-times!

I really dont have any bad experience with Thrills. They are Swedish as well which is lovely. The Swedes rule the entire online gambling industry! Erik is very helpful as well. He is really getting things done, what I can see. Keep it up my Swedish friend!

Give Thrills a try! I think they will stand with the best in 2014!
Cheers!

Well not a good start. Welcome bonus hasn't been credited automatically and support is offline atm. Couldn't wait so started playing, just hope they won't chuck in the bonus midplay denying current winnings. Also very frustrating with the system logging me out and the games changing to fun mode. Occurring every 10 minutes which really disrupts what should be an enjoyable session. Site loads fast and games are not that laggy so all is not bad, just hope they can fix the other glaring technical issues.
