I downloaded the software and then contacted them via chat. My chat was answered within 30 seconds and I was greeted by Ralph! I asked Ralph why the casino was Rouged, and he replied with an acceptable answer. I then made a deposit, to which he generously added a bonus! I was off and running! I was very impressed with the RTG Software, especially the speed! I was even more impressed with the customer service of the team over at Club Player Casino! I contacted Ralph, Oliver, Danielle, Anthony, numerous times, only to be dealt with the finest customer service anyone could wish for! I have finally met a group of people who treat me like a Player rather than a Number ( a Credit Card Number that is.) I am thrilled to hear the word YES, more times than the word NO!

Hats Off to the Club Player Casino!!! You've made me feel like a Player!

I'd like you to post the answer you found acceptable. This I gotta hear.

This casino group is unlicensed, practices casino trickery, has craploads of documented player complaints, yet you feel they are a-okay.

Even if this story is to be believed and the poster is a genuine player, how difficult could it be for the casino to act like a 'saint' if you told the manager beforehand that you had info about the casino being a rogue here.

Assuming you are telling the truth and you are just being naive about the whole issue, you can kiss your bigger deposits goodbye later. If you are a shill, you might have gotten your rewards already. Anyway, thanks for giving us such a good laugh.

As a side-noteto the OP, you should be aware that you will invariably some day realise why the casinos are rogued. It will normally come at the point you want to cashout. Of course no-one has to take advice at face value, but it is a good warning!

With reference to the "Acceptable Answer or Explanation."

It was explained to me that a few players were playing at the casino on monies advanced to them on a pending deposit, that was never intended to occur! The group of player played in syndicate fashion, and in doing so hit big! They requested a payout, but since the casino never recieved the original funds, they were declined the request.

After being denied the payout request, they arranged for funds to be deposited, and the Casino confirms the receipt of those funds. They also told me they have made and or continue to payout on a win that was based solely on a "Pending Deposit."

Shame on Both Parties if the above is infact the situation! When Gambling, The Following Rule Shall Apply!!!

"IN GOD WE TRUST, ALL OTHER PAY CASH"

I on the otherhand use Markers!!! I sign for them upon entering the Casino and settle up the Monday following my arrival, but then again, I have been a player for many years at my favorite casino in Atlantic City and I as well as other am afforded that luxury.

The definition of the word SHILL was just provided to me and I will not even make a comment regarding it, other than, like spammers they should be executed!!

Here are some recent complaints - none of them fall into that catagory:

I just spoke with Oliver via live chat. He tells me that my playing account has been closed. As you know, there was a very substantial balance of approximately 50k still in that account.

I have been getting the run around about 2 withdraws of $2000.00 each.I requested a cash out of $4000.00 on Aug 14,2007 and have yet to receive the money. I had to make 2 seperate withdraws, and everyday i get a diffeerent reason why the money has not been sent. I have been told since Aug 27th that it is on the way, sent FEDEX, but they cant give me a routing number. They say they will have it tomorrow every time i call. HELP
What do you want me to do? Tell me how to get my money and let others know about this.

I would like to make a FRAUD complaint in respect to CLUB PLAYER casino. On May 23, 2007 I attempted to make a deposit for $100.00 and their software informed me that it was denied. I contacted Visa who informed me that it was pending and that I can contact them to have them reverse it as it didn't get credited to my casino account. I contacted Clubplayer casino and they informed me I would have to speak to accounting and to message them back in about an hour. I did this and I was then told accounting was closed. I noticed yesterday that it was charged to my Visa and that it was no longer a pending transaction. I again contacted the casino both by email , telephone & through their chat on their website. Again received no answers. My concern is this. I am responsible gambler and I any time I utilize my credit card to gamble I right away go to internet banking and pay for the amount I charged to my card. So now they have $100.00 of my money which has not been put into my casino account nor have they reversed the charges. I want my money back or it credited to my casino account. I have copies of their account history showing that it was declined, as well as copies of my visa statement. I hope you can assist.

The problem: Non Payment of Winnings / Delayed PaymentI bought in for 20 sometime last month. I received a 500% 10x max cashout bonus. I managed to take my balance to 300 and met the wagering requirements. My bonus was non-cashable so i cashed out 300 knowing that i would only be paid 200. I used my preferred method as Neteller. I contacted support and enquired when i would be paid. I was told 4-7 working days and another 24-72 hours for clearance. I have waited this time out and when i contact support they say only the manager can assist in paying me out. I was given an email address [email protected] and also [email protected]. The support staff told me that they would email the manager as well and ensure my payment has been processed. The support staff seem like they never want to help, and when u ask for more detail, they say the accounts dept. is closed or the manager is not in. One of the ladies was so not interested in the chat session, I mailed through a compaint and to this day there is still no response.I mailed all my documents through to them for a cashout and only received confirmaion when I asked them.I decided to mail the manager and enquire what the problem is. I still have not been contacted to this day. I sent the email through to both adresses and didnt even receive a reply.In my opinion, they dont care.On their website they advertise that Customer Service comes first. How ironical is that, Ive played at King Neptunes and Various other casinos. The support is Excellent and operators are able to tell you anything about your account.

The problem is that Club Player Casino is demonstrating shady business practices in my opinion. The way the Manager handles herself by disappearing for days when its time to cashout or when you have a concern needing to be addressed. I can recall a few incidents where I actually met their sticky bonus playthrough requirements. However, when I inquired about redepositing a portion of the winnings, I was told that I had to redeposit at least half and had to take the same bonus as before. I felt that I should have the choice of how much to redeposit and what kind of bonus, if any, I choose. I have also had incidents where winnings from Blackjack hands never posted and all of a sudden the system would freeze up and my account would close automatically. When I would inquire about what had happened I was always told that a ticket was submitted to RTG and they would get back to me. It never happened. I also had requested to set it so that I could monitor my own playthrough and ironically only Club Player out of all the other RTG Casinos could never set it for me. Once again a ticket was submitted to RTG. Another issue is that I stopped accruing Comp Points for over a month. I tried to address this problem many times to get it corrected and I was always told that my request was sent to accounting. Club Player is part of the group that contains Virtual Casino, Cool Cat, Palace of Chance and Cirrus. I am seeing a pattern and it needs to be addressed.

And lest we forget, Cirrus and the whole other bunch of "Virtual" casinos fall into the same rogue pit.
