Busted in no time on DHV! and Jungles Spirit (0.20p bets, tried to build balance) - These slots were super dead, hope you did a lot better than me, though that's a hell of a wager lol!

I was doing well on Danger slot and was really wishing and hoping for a massive hit of over 10,000x like seen on YT videos. BUT NO my balance suddenly turned slowly down to €48 so i decided to leave it then another newer slot which normally gives lot of features decided not to give any at all on 0.45 and 0.60 bets GRRR i forgot name of it LMAO i am a bit alcohol happy right now as Denmark has just won 4-0 against Poland in world cup qualifier YEEEEEEAH so i dont care about last night now :P :D wish everyone a lucky weekend mine is already lucky so much hope Denmark will qualify PS sorry for DERAIL of thread. I feel Starspins has gone to crap anyways. I have been playing those free games things and missed only one single day all month. And what did i get yesterday a massive 4 free spins 30 days of chances and only 4 prizes and every time i try this its always ONLY 1 free spin win in each. ITs just a cheap way to lure players to keep coming back and hope they make deposits. Also Starspins has such a bad selection of games the lowest amount of slots i have seen. (only praise i will give is when they have given a big free bonus or a great deposit offer with the ONLY 2x wagering. But bet that will also be over now)

I just found email and it seems like a great move by starpins actually. They will improve prizes etc so all the freebie hunters wont get share but only active and loyal players seems fair enough :)

Send them a nice email mate they are normally very nice and kind when i have contacted them also on my birthday. In february they gave me ÂŁ40 which was very nice with wager though but very nice touch of them. I would not suggest going live chat as they might not have so much to say. Send them a nice email where you explain you are bit upset about not receiving something and explain in detail what you have deposited and I am sure they will sort you out nicely ;)

Could also be an error have you opted into everything if you check your profile in your account? make sure everything is ticked to receive promotions and text messages etc.

I got the same message. Wasn't happy with VS reponse really either, seeming to imply that I don't deposit enough or take up too many bonuses. I've taken one bonus which was shocking - never again. I am a low deposit/roller, but deposit fairly frequently and do enjoy the free roll battles, but my game play hasn't changed since I joined, yet since I complained about the bonus terms - no Tuesday FS voucher... Hmmmm...... :what:

Is it the first time you don’t get it?
It’s not important, it’s nothing compared to race, cashback and battles.
It is just an unexplained phenomenon, something like a UFO. :D

I meant the “happy day”, was not ironic. Wishing happy day for those that get them and happy day for the others with wins in battles and regular play. :)

There's (pointless) lengthy discussion, mostly moaning every Tuesday / Wednesday most weeks and again with the utmost respect its getting a bit boring now.

Sure I totally understand the frustrations, especially for the more active depositors there but as they say there is no point in crying over spilt milk and repetitive posts will achieve nothing.

Jon is right I'm sick to death of reading the posts in this thread about FREE SPINS........you know what I have not got the free spins either for almost 3 months and I've deposited a lot too. But you or me are not entitled to anything for free, it's a added extra.

So stop polluting the thread with the self entitlement.
