I had the exact same stupid 37p problem. :machinegu

Luckily I had some free spins waiting from a promo last week, won a few pence which allowed me 1 more spin which cleared it.
How bloody silly of them to lock the funds to one slot knowing minimum spins are 50p.

I'm still so grumpy with them since they did away with the Vegas cashback! - I used to get to quite a high tier and so looked forward to a decent amount of cashback each time. Then one day after wagering a shed load on vegas thought I should check up on what tier I had reached but it had gone! No warning, no explanations no sod all. In fact whenever I questioned any of their live chat team they wouldn't even acknowledge the question itself let alone provide an answer. All very strange!

Anyway nowadays all their cashback rewards across all sections have been dropped. In particular, their no wager rewards & bonuses! Replaced now by this new side panel bonus crap, where they tie you up in terms and wagering! What a flippin CROC!

I don't see anything bad or wrong in that? IF you are up at a casino and in profit why should they give out freebies? and even free spins with no wager requirements? As a player and affiliate myself i think that is very fair. But on other hand a player who makes regular deposits and and is in a big overall loss and does not get them then that would be very wrong.
 
that score a goal promo by betfair pisses me off so much. they have great bonuses but this gimmick is pure bullshit. they have done similar ones in past and 99 times out of 100 you can never win. so why run it?

Reminds me of the Higher or Lower gimmick they pulled a few weeks back to get a ÂŁ5 bouns. You always got beaten on the last card. I'm convinced it was programmed so no one won, and they look like a generous bunch.

Go onto their live chat but be prepared to wait up to 20-30 minutes so do other things while waiting lol. I got through someone called Supervisor Olivia and she was very helpful and remove my ÂŁ0.26 balance so i can play today again.

She said they dont have reports of any problems in cancel the bonus. She said following >

I have been in the lost the past few weeks, more to the points, no budget for deposits.

and if you are not depositor or didnt deposit in the last 30 days maximum withdraw is 20 euros but you have to deposit 20 first and then turnover yours 20 so you could withdraw those 20 euros awful promo....;)

Had the same thing happen no cap and guy on the phone didn;t even know it was capped :D...So it's either terrible comms or at their discretion and maybe they just say it's capped so people don't just do the freebies and withdraw a lot of money. :thumbsup:

FFS i hit ÂŁ274 at wagering done and BOOM account balance down to ÂŁ20 cash talk about TILT mode :mad: Wont bother with this anymore yes its free but first of all chance of winning is very low when having to wager ÂŁ100 on same slot but also if u hit BIG like i did here you are also done :sob:

Normally immediate for me - unless they are having security issues, then you wait a day or two.

This right here is the reason I don´t even try any bonuses on casinos with a bonus cap. Its rare enough to hit something awesome as it is, I don´t need additional limiting factors :(
