cheers. i logged in to find ''£10 cash'' ready to accept instead.

played for an hour, got it upto £28.. then wanted to find out the progress of wagering. Couldn't find that, so went to 'cashout' to see if there it sais a bonus is in play. it just showed £28 cash balance, although i hadn't completed the wagering thats for sure.
Went to livechat, which went like this:

Ryan: Hi there and welcome. My name is Ryan, how are you today?
Adam: Hi Ryan. I logged into my account earlier and noticed i had a £10 balance. I couldn't find any details other than that i'd accepted ''£10 cash'' . i've been playing for a bit and then realized that the balance is not in the bonus balance but it is in the cash balance. Is there any restrictions on that balance, like a max cashout or excluded games? I read the terms thinking it was a no deposit bonus which would have a max cashout, but it seems to be £10 cash not a bonus.
Ryan: One moment please while I check for you
Adam: thanks
Ryan: The wagering is X50
Adam: why is it not in my bonus balance ?
Adam: i can't see how much wagering i've done as it is showing a cash balance. as it has been since i accepted it
Ryan: The system credited you with this to the current balance
Ryan: This is bonus money
Adam: ok. cool. it has a £100 max cashout? how do i check when the wagering is done.
Ryan: The wagering will start when a deposit has been made
Adam: i couldn't find any terms at all for this cash. i just accepted it. I'd believe it was binded to the bonus terms if it was showing as a bonus balance. But it is not. So there are no terms at all suggesting wagering doesnt start until a deposit is made? where does it state that? I'm assuming it is £100 max cashout then, so that would mean if i deposit £10 i have to wager £500 with a max cashout of £100?
Ryan: This is written in the terms and conditions

Took a while for each reply, so i assume he was lost trying to find the terms. But i could not find any term that suggests a £10 bonus must be wagered 50x and wagering counts only after a deposit , which if it did exist would kind of suck if the 10x max cashout rule applied.

Startin to think 5 dead gonzo spins woulda been better, at least would have saved the last 1.5 hours of me playing with something that could never be withdrawn, and then talkin to cs :rolleyes:

Damn, eric replied to me before id wrapped and smoked a cig.. while out on the road. Not bad. sais he will look into it tomorrow as he isnt in the office. Is strange as he agrees it should be added to bonus balance normally, but it wasnt the first time i clicked withdraw option, just showing as cash. Now if i click withdraw it shows nothing and wants kyc before any balance is visible. Though there is a bonus credited in my account history. Strange.

I received a phone call today of them, infact 2 as did not manage to pick up in time but they kindly rang again

In any case I went by the rules as much as possible. wager does only start once a deposit is made, my guess going by other sites that wager would not show untill a deposit is made but could not find this no where.

Also the rules state or hint that if any money is made such as you was given £10 and now sitting on £50 than you deposit you would have to wager the 50 x amount of times and not just the orginal 10, do not hold me to that one but going by the rules it seems thats the way.

If you had money added to cash balance than you would still need to deposit, this deposit business seems to be like an activation of account and yes free spins is caped at 100.

what I do not get if you receive 10 free than deposit for another bonus than where do you stand

Withdrawn and not WIN, so if you deposit no matter what you win your capped at £100? as you had free spins or bonus that has a cap, Need to know this rule please

Wasnt an 0744xxxxxx number was it? Lol. Jus curious as ive had 2 miss calls the previous 2 days at 12.15pm on the dot.

Did you get told that term regarding wagering begins only after a deposit via the the phone call? i certainly could not see it anywhere in the bonus policy on the website. I clicked on "use bonus later" yet it accepted it instantly, so i dont know if there was specific terms for that tenner before activating it. It sure seems to be there isnt any terms once its activated though, in the least regarding a deposit required before wager starts.
