I know Casino's make it seem mysterious at times, on how you, as a player, qualify for certain promo's, but i noticed that the few posters that just stated they didn't get those, all are from the UK:)

It's not uncommon for Casino's to do the same promo or promo type, for different Geo Locations on separate days...
Haven't exactly been playing at Videoslots, so don't know if normally these promo's are for various regions, but i wouldn't be surprised at all, if this was the case .

I haven't deposited at Videoslots this month and usually deposit once a month and have got them every week.

Well 3 weeks ago I was depositing, didn't get them. Didn't deposit the following week in protest, got them, deposited again this week, didn't get them. Won't be depositing this week again, so will see what happens next tuesday.

I know its only £1-2 of spins, but if it is, as I suspect, two fingers at loyal players, then that just makes me not be loyal any more. Why should people who don't support them by spending money there get freebies & loyal customers who do spend money get none.

There has only been about 2 times I not received in a year or two and that was due to it was for another Country, Soon as I stooped deposit I stooped getting free spins, This is fair enough but state this and not BS RANDOM excuse, besides people from U.K recievd in the last few weeks and still nothing for me.

You would of thought that if there is genuine regular players that miss a few days of play than there will be a reason, either skint or no time, to be given the hard shoulder and denied a few spins is a wrong one,

But you are not entitled to bugger all and no other casino gives you it every week. Problem is you all got used to getting them and when you don't get them this self entitled British attitude kicks in.

It's your right not to deposit, but we don't need 2/3 pages of whining about it.

This thread is for FREE SPINS, when you wake up and see 3 new pages you hope to see posts related to that, not the weekly whining over VS every tuesday, that is the main problem we have been through this every tuesday recently, it's boring. Make a seperate thread to moan, I certainly won't complain.
 
Agree with all players that find themselves being excluded s a 'reward' for their loyalty...:mad:
I myself often noticed this - even in the better Casino's - as soon as your really showing your loyalty by depositing daily, weekly or bi-weekly (or even monthly but with decent sized depo's) they \seem to think it's ok to stop dishing out the regular promo's that were a huge part of why you started upping your play there in the first place...

I think it's scandalous, and i always notify support about such findings, often with the 'threat' i will vote with my wallet! Mostly this helps a bit, but you do have to push through, and not be weak and deposit anyway...other times they retroactively added something as a consolation, but that's rare...

I think Casino's should only reward their loyal depositing players such freebies..and try to lure newbies in with the old NDB or juicy welcome package, then only reward them if they show signs of loyalty (depositing more)

Of course i understand that sometimes new players need more incentive, especially when they had bad experiences at first, due to bad luck oir low playtime, errors or whatnot, but the whole problem in this industry, in terms of loyalty, is that almost everything is automated: the whole process of rewarding loyalty should be an individual merit, on a player by player basis, preferably also reviewed on a monthly or bi-weekly basis.

Right now it's mostly a support agent that makes use of an automated crap-mechanism, stating: player x has lost 300,- in his lifetime in our Casino
Regardless if this was after 60000,- in deposits or 600,-
An overall loss of 300,- probably isn't going to be awarded any bonus, unless it was just 300,- in deposits.

If the player actually already played there for years however, @ 500,- per week, and managed to get his overall loss so low, due to either one huge win, or just by 'playing smart', and taking the wins each time they occur, i'd say that player deserves the freebie all the more: no matter how little, or much he/she lost, this player will most likely be making the Casino steady money! Thus entitles him/her more to any loyalty rewards, i.m.o.

Well, you catch my drift..i just get sick of seeing people i know deposit barely, or nothing at all (yes that happens) posting their freebies for certain accredited and well regarded Casino's on various forums, only to find that the loyal players - myself included - aren't 'eligible'...

Edit: just saw your reply nutnut, and wanted to add: i feel you, i myself also am not always happy with whining or even banter, when i just was hoping for some free spin fun, however, this is a part of forum life, and as long as it's kept civil and fun, i think it's good to also vent these things: after all, only if we as players unite, we can impact how Casino's act in these matters: and that can only be done if we communicate:)

60%."Bonus" must be less than 60% of your "deposits". "Deposits" could be net loses, not sure."Bonus" is bonus+race+cashback+fs (worth or wins, not sure) from free battles or Tuesday or rewards.
Your RTP helps, if it is very low. The actual formula is more complex and changes, but you get the picture.

OIC. I have had great luck at Videoslots this year so no wonder I have not been getting them.

My protest lasted 2 hours because I deposited in order to qualify for the week of freerolls. I hope my protest cut deep :cool:

Damn man, cant be an easy hit with the 92-94% rtp so nice one. Only £2.50 for me.
Luckily there is a term that flash appears occasionaly and you might need ceartin operating system settings to view it but it suggests that if you refer a friend to this promotion you are entitiled to 50% of any of their winnings.
