Guess I shouldn't expect anything from Fortune Lounge since I closed out my accounts a couple of weeks ago, due to their lousy bonuses and the inability to get them credited correctly more times than not.
Grand Prive..nothing, nada, which leaves me more than a little peeved. I've been a pretty good customer for the last 6 months, not even a Christmas email.
Club World......a few hundred in deposits in the last 6 months, nothing, no email, no bonus offer. Opps.....I just checked my spam folder and I do have a couple of bonus offers from them.....but still.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm rethinking this whole gambling thing for several reasons and some of them are personal but the main one being just a complete lack of appreciation for people like me who are the bread and butter of the casino's. We aren't high rollers but customers none the less and we don't feel our business is appreciated. Maybe some of them need to wake up and find which side their bread is buttered on. Come on guys........show a little appreciation for your good customers.

If so, to be brutally honest, they just want their money back :D

Not to downplay your wins, because they've been awesome, but low rollers need to be treated with the exact same respect as higher rollers...it's been said time and time again that the low rollers are the bread and butter of most of these casinos, and they need to learn this!

Sure, the whales can drop 5 figures+ a week, but what happens on the weeks that they're hot? The low rollers will make up quite a bit of the difference...

At least $10 would be nice, as I know you have won more than that from most everyone who falls in this category.
 
regarding 3dice... i was wondering why i didn't get anything, not even a "merry christmas" email or something. i figured i lost enough there. maybe it's because i vented about the harsh streaks (and forgot about the great ones?) maybe my breath was stinky? :confused: i still deposit and play only there. i still recommend them like crazy and consider myself a 3dice loyalist and never complain about bad streaks anymore...so "what's up?" i thought.

so i logged on and did a full account of how i was doing and guess what... i'm winning at 3dice after 3 months of extensive play. i was kinda shocked. i thought i was down a couple of grand, but some recent cashouts and losing smaller deposits rather than big ones made a huge difference. (obviously, the money wasn't as important to me as getting quality play time or i would've kept better track, lol)

another important thing i noticed was that i was getting "christmas" type bonuses all the time since october! (mostly for some netspend hassles)

then i saw where one time i got a nice bonus after some bad streaks and was so frustrated that i blew the bonus in 5 minutes and Enzo resurrected the bonus for me so i could have another chance!!

and one time, when i wanted to play but couldn't deposit because of a cool down period, Enzo gave me free tournament credits to keep me busy until i could play again.

and one time, in band camp.... j/k (had to have seen the movie to get this joke :D)

then i started to add up the 20% deposit bonuses with the manager's bonuses and the rep bonuses..... you get the point.

i mean, upgrading the software to add christmas cheer, giving gifts to players who are high rollers or to players who may have needed some extra "cheer." i think that's all good!!! as far as i'm concerned, i've gotten plenty of christmas bonuses..... since october :rolleyes:

anyway, this is just my humble opinion. ;) Though a "merry christmas" e-mail would've been nice :p

From what I read, it has a 10x max cashout. I took it as having the same rules as any other "free chip". :rolleyes:

What I do know for certain is the fact that it also has a 25x WR attached to it. :rolleyes:

Club World has been wonderful to me since the first day I've started playing there.
I feel like I've known most of the folks on live chat for years they are that friendly and courteous. I'm a low better but they treat me with just as much respect as if I was a big time depositor.

I may be the Grinch now but my husband and I were bored yesterday after the relatives, food, etc. and just wanted to play for awhile. Did the "free" $10 at INET and that was gone in 60 seconds, then did the 100% match $50 plus their $50.....lost that in probably 30 minutes (it didn't matter if it was $1 a spin, $.40 a spin, nothing was paying), then on we went to Club World and did the same thing...that was "Worse"..not one free spin on a multitude of games. And, I have deposited there several times and the same thing happens....I'm getting the feeling they don't like me:confused:. So, I'm thinking, o.k. maybe they would throw a bone my way just because of Christmas....my offer was 35% on my next deposit..that made me really excited:rolleyes: so we decided to cut our losses and reconsider where we play. We did play at another place that actually gave us a decent chip so we could at least pretend we might win!!:thumbsup:

I've got some contacts but what about players that don't, what do they do when you pull the rug out from under them? Nothing, jack, zip they have NO recourse.

This is a good lesson, even though I don't agree with eCogra on a lot of things, eCogra are better than nothing, least sealed casino's have some type of accountability that can be questioned by eCogra.

Now that I realise that Casinoshare is not sCogra sealed everything starts to fall into place.
