Chipkin9 was closest. Congrats mate and good luck with it. Send me your details and I'll pass it on to you.

Wow, unexpected and definitely couldn't have come at a better time. Couldn't play tonight as Energy casino just will not process my small withdrawal

Cheers Geordie, and as usual it will be passed on if any luck comes with it

I did have good luck to begin, but I couldn't find the cashout button :(

I'm a numpty like that sometimes

When the luck comes again I'll try to be more sensible and hit the button and share the riches here with my millions :D

Norty :laugh::laugh:

I thought once you managed to double it you were supposed to pass on - or maybe that's just my comps. :)

Yea I really should have cashed out when my balance was at £110 (couldn't get any higher), I was trying to push it to £150 but it just didn't happen sadly and I had a brain fart.

As for what people "Should do", I thought that would be personal to the person who won the comp. I certainly wouldn't tell people who won any of mine what to do with it or how much to cashout if they're lucky...just let them be, hope they do well and hopefully they have more sense than me.

Again, I apologize for not cashing out when I had the chance and passing it on. :(

I spent my winnings that time on beer & women, the rest I wasted.

Then I woke up in my own splooge. Somehow currency conversion always works out better in dreams

It's fine, usual rules apply which usually mean doubles it and pass it on, which most people have stuck to but if it's changed to anyone can win and just keep it even if they win, fair enough but I won't be posting any more comps - enjoy :)

So what, you are making up rules and applying them to everyone?

So everyone who wins a comp now must double up and pass it on because Greylady says so?

What you do when you win a comp is your own business, don't bust other people balls just because they don't do the same.

And how dare you imply that I "Just won and kept it". I had the intention of passing it on and have posted a few comps myself; without even winning, just out of the blue.

If you don't want to post anymore comps, that's up to you, I won't give you a hard time about it.

I just don't understand the complete out of the blue bitterness from you and the personal targeting.

I didn't make the original rule actually, Harry did, and everyone else followed suit - the 'usual rules apply' came from the comp post that you won, not my own.

BTW it's not bitterness or personal targeting but the first occurrence, that I am aware of, where someone on the original thread or this one doubled the original sum and didn't pass it on - I made a joke originally about it and you got all antsy with me :p

Enough said, last post from me on the subject, lets just return it to a positive thread :)

I think with prizes, the recipient is entitled to gamble it any way they see fit, even spend it anyway they choose.

The double it & pass it on is a basic premise to keep the thread going, but then doing that, members could just ping each other £20 as a loan, and the whole competition & prize element goes hurling out of the window.

Far more important for the well-being of the thread, and real 'spirit' of the competition is that everyone chips in at one point or another. I didn't enter any of these until I'd put some into it, it doesn't have to originate from passed-on winnings.

Now I can be as shameless as can be, I'm gonna enter every one of these ****ers, takeaways and games don't pay themselves you know :eek::eek:

I wasn't aware of Harry ever stating if you double up you pass it on as a rule. I thought that was just common courtesy to do anyway and not a rule. The whole spirit of the thread is generosity to the community when you have a good day at the casino.

As for it not being bitter or personal targeting, then why stomp your feet and declare "I won't be running anymore comps" and then state I just "took the money and run"; yea all jokey wasn't it?

And you seriously don't even know why I am so pissed off?

Okay, it was all a big joke, let's leave it at that then.

Exactly my outlook on the whole thing.

I don't understand why I am even here defending myself about something so trivial. I had good intentions and things went wrong sadly.

I was always taught "If you have nothing positive to say, don't say anything at all". Not enough people take that advice.

Let alone me. I definitely should have my mouth sewn together :p

Just PM me some more nipple action if it makes you feel better. They can be a great healer.

I'm telling you now for a fact Jono went and got a 20 pack of cigs with that comp he won from me 2 weeks ago, although I bet you million pound the scoundrel will deny it :p

Couldn't deposit it fast enough, had not had a punt all week when I fluked that comp and although doesn't usually bother me, had the right rattle that day

As for the smokes, I know our local shopkeeper REALLY well ;) :p

Ahh yes, I too have an 'understanding' with my local off-licence shop person. The things I've done for a Chomp :eek2:

Yes " the usual rules apply" was a reference to the double then pass it on thing that has prevailed through this thread. But that rule was stated so long ago that I can understand how it has been lost. I did state in pm to Chip that I just hoped he had an enjoyable session with it and it will certainly not put me off posting further comps in this thread.
I have to say though that I think I have a great record in my giveaways managing to reach the pass on stage :D

I understand that he insists you wear lippy while performing that function?

Full drag, the works. I'd go into more detail but don't want to get you lads over stimulated this time of night :p

Scarily close, I'm more of an Embassy man
Embassy? You must be a Northerner?

And talking about being in drag. At this moment I am feeling very uncomfortable. I am moving into my new place tomorrow and almost everything I have has been moved over. After bathing the only clean underwear I could find was a pair of " Python Pants" which I was given years ago but only used for occasions. they are nothing but sting up my ass! :(

lol, looks like its commando Col or the pythons, just don't bend over too far when lifting those moving boxes  - You can always use the excuse, you've just had a quick sunbed session to look good for the new place :)

Regarding the embassy, Wolverhampton dude from birth till now, load of ex work mates smoked em when I was young so got stuck on them. Sods law they've ended up being the dearest buggers going, anything else either gives me tight chest (embassy don't :p) or makes me feel sick :(

I would have gone Commando mate but after bathing I had to go to the local shop and I wasn't about to go about with this thing swinging about giving my trousers a bloody good work out!

Harry Started this thread with ethos as the main theme.

From day 1, it was, if you double the prize, pass the prize on. So in your case when you hit £60, you should of drawn £30 out and passed it on.

OMG. How rude.

How dare you speak to GreyLady like that? More so when you are in the wrong here.

Your gluttony is beyond morals.

Wow. WTF is peoples problem?

I'm rude? I wasn't the one who instigated a personal attack for no good reason and accused another member of winning a competition and doing a "Hit & Run". How fucking insulting and rude is that? Especially since I have run comps off my own back.

How many have you done Gaz?

I had every intention of passing it on if i hit the threshold of £150, I didn't and the slots went downhill, excuse me for hitting the doom button on myself.

And you are telling me I lack Ethics and I'm greedy because I didn't cashout out and pass it on?

What a bunch of bitter cunts about hey.

I gave up tailor made's once I realised that I could afford covertly subscribing to the Adult Channel without my wife realising it during the turn of the 2000's

Yea I'll be abonding taking part in other peoples anymore.

I'll run one more sometime in the future and then I'm done with the thread.

People just can't seem to understand I won a comp and lost the money. I didn't spend the cash on anything else. What's the problem?

So I more than doubled the money that Geordie generously put forward and had a bad moment; fucking crucify me.

I do take exception to your vitriol. Chip is a long standing and much respected member as far as I see. There is a huge difference in expectation in a new member taking the piss and a long standing member erring.
I respect greyLady a lot but sometimes I feel that some posters resemble attack dogs without any teeth. Your post fits that bill.
We all make mistakes mate

I have made the odd mistake or two in here over the years. Many of us will. I encouraged you via PM to just enjoy your session.
