*sighs* I've really been wanting to try these guys out, and now that I have a scanner for documents I was seriously considering it - but my patience level for lack of customer service is next to nothing. If you want documents, ASK for them, plainly and clearly, and within 12 hours of the withdrawl being initiated (but preferably, immediately after). Respond back when you get the documents, stating they've been received and your withdrawl will now go through, or that there was an issue, please resend. Why is this so difficult to do? I don't understand why casino's are taking such a risk - pissing players off during the MOST important process that they'll go thru at any casino - cashing out. It just doesn't make sense to me.
Of course, that can only happen if I get return calls and emails.

I replied that the docs were sent as attachments in the original e-mail and for safety I attached again in the reply e-mail.
