It reminded me of when I visited a friend who's a big Star Wars fan.
He had a small RDD2 robot who was controlled by his voice.
I can't say it worked perfect either and just hearing him try made me laugh

On a serious note:

We have tested thoroughly on our end but this is a new product so if you are having any issues with the voice recognition just get in touch and we will be here to help.

Just like with Apple's 'Siri' there may be teething problems with accents /computer settings etc. and your feedback will be much appreciated.

Must be your accent. They are focused on USA players so it has difficulty with the "Queens English" LOL

When it didn't work he picked up my lap top to plug a mic in on it and dropped my new lappy. It shattered I mean it's gone. What do I do now. I can't gamble on my surface pro.
