PRESS RELEASE: Yggdrasil launches new HTML5 framework
- First game ‘The Dark Joker Rizes’ will be launched in tandem on desktop and mobile
Thursday 22nd January 2015 – Yggdrasil today launches its new HTML5 framework which will allow for tandem drops where desktop and mobile games are launched simultaneously.
The first game on the new framework is The Dark Joker Rizes, a follow-up to Yggdrasil’s hugely popular Jokerizer.
The Dark Joker Rizes has a wicked side to it with energetic graphics and exciting animations. This 5-reel, 10-payline slot comes with Mystery Wins and a Jokerizer Mode which has Bonus Re-spins, Super Bets with Guaranteed Jokers on reels, and even more Mystery Wins where the player has a greater chance of winning.
Fredrik Elmqvist, CEO of Yggdrasil, said: “The Dark Joker Rizes is a deep, truly feature rich game and is a sign of things to come as we start to migrate our content to the new HTML5 framework.
“We’re extremely excited about the new framework which enables tandem game drops that will create a massive advantage for our partners.
“Launching games simultaneously on desktop and mobile means they can streamline their marketing spend with one game launch campaign across all platforms.
“In addition to the new framework, our Infinite API™ for gamification also means that our customers can be really creative with the ways they interact with and reward their players. We will be showcasing all of this at ICE Totally Gaming.”
Yggdrasil’s portfolio contains a wide range of popular casino games, including its latest dragon-themed slot, Draglings, Cazino Zeppelin, Winterberries and its first 3D game, Reef Run.
Yggdrasil has signed a number of agreements over the past year with a host of household names in gaming, including Mr Green,
LeoVegas, Vera&John, Betsson, Casino Euro, Videoslots.com, Cherry, CO-Gaming (ComeOn!), Casino Room and
Unibet.
