I like to click the button. Doesn't help my luck, I don't guess. The only time I use autoplay is when I am having a snack!

Great idea for a poll, I have wondered the same thing!

Only time I use Autoplay is when I have to use the loo, make a coffee or freshen my drink. I also prefer to click the button and watch each spin individually. Don't ask me why, just something about losing while I'm actually clicking and watching makes it so much more exciting. :D

The auto-play set by the casino contains errors when playing most VP games.
I used to think that but you're probably making the same mistake I once made and assuming the strategy stays the same however many coins you play. It doesn't - it's often better e.g. to hold 3 cards to a flush instead of 2 to a royal flush if you're not playing max coins.

If that's not the problem then I'd be fascinated if you could post an example of what's wrong (I'm sure others would be as well).

p.s. Simmo - you missed off the option: "Autoplay - wander off - return after x turns & withdraw". Us bonus whores are so underrepresented here :D

I like to watch.

I don't like the VP auto-play either although I agree that its strategy is probably more optimal than mine. Life is too short to play optimal strategy!

I do sometimes stop the auto-play and then re-start it if I sense that the casino-gods are onto me and causing me a dry spell.

LOL :D

That would be the reason I chose "autoplay and sometimes wander off" ... I set it, go watch TV or whatnot, and come back every once in a while to see where my bankroll's at.

The only times I ever use AP are:

i) If I am just not hitting anything, I switch to AP to see if it changes my luck.

ii) Or I am dog tired and haven't the energy to even click my mouse.

:D

"Autoplay, sometimes wander off, and set STOP IF criteria"

When I'm lazy, i have a small balance, bored, etc

Same here, if i have a good balance, too much energy, acting like manic.... ;)

if you guys are going to use autoplay, then please just send me your account details and I'll be happy to play on your behalf :p

Ok

If you lose, you will pay
If you win, i'll take the winnings

:D

90% of time I go manual, but tend to go 3 lots of 25 spins on auto if the slot is going cold. Seems to work for me. Apart from that if I;m playing and got to drive my g/f to work or something then i throw it into 200+ spins and let it go.

Interesting - a small sample (44 as I write) but a fairly 50/50 split between manual and autoplay.

Manual.

It's not that I don't trust the hardware/software -
oh wait, that's exactly it... nevermind.

Besides, if I hated gambling, I'd probly pay someone to do it for me.

Me too ! :D

Never autoplay by VP, but sometimes by slots and only a few spins.

Can you give an example? People have posted such claims, but they always turned out to be wrong.
