So a thing came up this week that had us scratching our heads.
A Sweepstakes site is facing a significant Ratings downgrade because it has several outstanding and unresolved PABs against it.
The Sweeps guys think they should be treated differently than casinos, that complaints against them are not as significant as complaints against casinos.
In other words they want to be exempt from the criteria that we apply to casinos.
Needless to say we have our opinion but we're curious what y'all think, hence the Poll.

If you've got thoughts on this please let us know. This helps us shape our policies on these things.

As far as I understand it they ARE casinos in all important respects, just they have to pretend that the exchangeable funds are a bonus, not what people are actually buying. Assuming the complaint is about the de facto cash, not the really free freeplay then why would they be different?
