As I said in my response to Pat, 32RED are the stuff of legend in the casino world. At the risk of stealing someone's slogan - "Second to None" (Took me about a year to work the double meaning of that out by the way).

They just absolutely get how LONG TERM, genuine player loyalty works.

Not got any presents or santa-visits. But nonetheless have to sing the same praises about the guys and girls at 32red!

Always nice and helpful customer-support. And that´s not easy, at least with a customer like me... Sometimes they where generous, sometimes they had to be very patient. But always friendly and professional, and thats what counts most.

So, thank you 32red for a fun gambling year! you really gave me a good time for my 4k...


P.S.: as in the other thread, i would be really interested in knowing, what kind of play you guys give the casino... just to see, where i stand in comparison....

i receveid from palace group, from belle rock, from CWC, (palace group and CWC has less deposites than 32red)
from 32red i get a fu.....

I`m sure 32Red would like to give free chips to everyone whos deposited with them over the year, but from a logistical and financial view point im sure thats not really possible. I dont know how 32RED or any other casinos decides who receives free chips or christmas gifts but im sure they have their own reasons and criteria, and the scope could be broad. Chin up though guys, maybe next year will be your lucky year

the palace group and belle rock, are acredited too i will trade the 32 red deposites to one of this 2 groups, maybe belle rock that give me $75 free in 2 casinos

I have gotten a few chips during the year, and I've had the best promotions, not only through december, but throughout the year, in ANY casino.
I've had the best support, every single time I've gone on chat, my issue has been solved, right there and then.
So bottom line...if anyone wants to "take their business elsewhere", because they don't get a free chip for christmas....well, then they're probably not of great value for the casino anyway.
One thing's for sure....32Red will continue to have MY full support, and MY business, despite the missing free christmas chip.
Keep it up 32Red ... you guys are the only place, that I can safely say, that I feel like it';s MY casino.

its because i have allways deposited there, more since september 2010 and i never got anything from them (excluding 2 deposite bonus) in each month, free spins and free chips = 0 since 2010
