taking a break from 1 casino resulting in my account being closed at another

hi all took a break from chance hill casino for a while yesterday
went to log in at rizk this morning and my account has been blocked

is this normal ?
its not related to out of control gambling just wanted a break thats all

Yes, anything longer than 6 weeks is considered Self Exclusion and has to be applied to all accounts using the same license/platform, in this case MT SecureTrade Ltd.

Actually, not so clear. The UKGC states:

- Take a Break/Cool-Off Period: 24hrs - 6 weeks
- Self Exclusion: 6 months - 5 years

- nothing for 6 weeks - 6 months, hence casinos mostly apply Self Exclusion for anything longer than 6 weeks.

I got burnt with Everymatrix as Cs refused to close my account.
Mine was for 5 years though.
I know now not to close any casino accounts, I just dont log in.
Think I have about 3 years left haha.

Obviously, if people do have gambling problems then this is the best way, but mine wasnt due to gambling problems
