Super Fast Payments From Slotocash

I received a payout processed notice one day the next day it was in my account via wire WOW:):):):):)

ONE DAY WIRE???

How amazing is that!!!

I'm very tempted to PM every US-facing casino rep and refer them to this post.

It shows it CAN be done, and raises questions about whether some operators are using the "US situation" to deliberately delay transactions to improve their cashflow. Funny thing is, if a casino provides the kind of service that Slotocash does they'll never need to worry about cashflow as they'll have players beating their doors down to play.

Of course it can be done though I believe it boils down to hefty processing costs. However, in the business world, thecasino-processor relationship may ensure the premiums charged are not too high and if the volume of transactions is high the processor might also offer lower premiums. Frankly, I am pretty sure some operators are taking advantage of our USA friends to deliberately delay transactions to improve cashflow. So be it. Other RTG casinos will gradually realise the 'flow' of USA players to slotocash and they have only themselves to blame for not treasuring this group of players.

I think the answer to those questions is pretty obviously "yes, they are", as I believe has been stated and demonstrated elsewhere on these forums.

Even Rushmores wire from their new processor was in my bank account 2 days after I was told it was sent. Casino Titan also two days after sent. A Wire from a u.s. bank account to another u.s. bank account takes only one day depending on the time of day it was sent. When it takes longer it could mean it wasn't actually sent the day the casino says(because that is the day they may have approved the processor to pay it and they pay it the next day) or it is coming from an international bank to a u.s. bank and then to the players bank.

Also, Libertyslots sends checks via "overnight fedex" versus "express fedex" which in my case usually takes 3 days to be delivered.

Grandbay sends their by DHL and even coming from China only took 2 days to reach me.

The only reason you don't get your funds after the Casino approves your withdrawal and says the withdrawal was processed is because their idea of being processed is giving the go ahead for their processor to send it via the chosen method. If you don't have it within 4-5 businesses days it either hasn't been processed or wasn't actually sent on the day the casino says it was sent. Even wires from Quicktender processed by the Bank of Ireland only took 1-2 days to reach my bank after Quicktender showed in my account that it had been "processed".

Electronic transfer of funds is done in "real-time". Therefore, most payouts can be achieved within 2 business days if the casino has the staff and the processor has the staff to handle transactions in an expedient manner.

These are high risk processors and depending on the contract the casino/merchant has with them determines the fee and processing time( as another member posted.) I visited many high risk processor websites and read their terms and fee structure.

They should be using ACH/EFT for payments as that is a far easier method and less costly than wires or Courier fees for checks both for the player and the casino.

It is "usually" like that...not all the times though. Once I've been waiting a week . For low roller it's probably not the best cause the minimum they will wire is $350.00 (US only) Still a great place to play at.:notworthy

two sides of the coin

Hey, while there has been all this awesome news regarding the new sloto RTG, I thought I would shed a little light on something they have been trying this weekend.

'
Congratulations on your winnings, way to go!

This month our games have been very loose and paying out nicely to our players, I'm glad you were one of them.

If you are still feeling lucky, why not try out your luck again?

We can offer you a 15% reversal bonus on your withdrawal amount up to $300.
'

The cashout had been approved but not processed yet as of thursday. While my previous cashouts have been within the day, or hour, this time around they are delaying payment IMO to see if I bite for the 15% @ 10x. I just find it VERY strange after not making reversing available to users and handling quick payments that they would then turn around and attempt playing payment hostage.

Slotocash - I really like you guys from the get-go but I hope its not just the mask we wear.
Cheers.

This was an email to try to get you to reverse your withdrawal?

Yup, directly from Slotocash support - here is the other half of the mail.

'If you would like to try this bonus out, simply reverse your withdrawal and contact us via Live Chat. We will manually add the 15% bonus over your withdrawal amount.

The reversal bonus only carries a 10x playthrough.

We hope this to be your first of many wins at SlotoCash Casino.

Best of luck on your next visit!

Again, I'm not trying to cause trouble, but enticing reversals is a gray area anyways. What is bothering me more is that my withdrawal is locked up until they pay, leaving me with my only choices of take a 15% match at 10x playthrough, or wait it out. Alternatively, I could invest new monies but I like to play with my winnings yaknow?

Ouch!

It's good to hear the positive withdrawal experience at the beginning of this thread - but that's very very naughty...

(And 15% !?! - Not even GENEROUS and naughty! :eek2:)

Casinos should not try to prompt players to reverse withdrawals with bonus incentives. That said, I can nothing wrong with standard continuous reversal bonuses that are available readily in the cashier. This is especially useful during weekends when w/ds are in pending status. Rival software can do this and players can decide how much they reverse to get the bonus. Say, if you have a pending w/d of $500 and decide to reverse $100 and get a bonus. Nothing wrong with that especially when the player has no money left in the e-wallet and feels an itch to play. It must be ensured, though, that the rest of the pending w/d is not affected ie the whole pending cycle must not run again. This will also save the casino processing costs.

Could not disagree more.

The whole 'reversal' option/process needs kicking out of online gaming completely.

Once you've hit 'withdraw' - the next time you see that money should be in your bank account.

I'll join you - requested from Slots Capital (their Rival) Friday the 22nd, processed Sunday the 24th.

Just an update - 5 biz days down, no deposit. Now I've got a pending w/d from their Rival, Desert Nights, so we'll see how that one goes.

(My luck turned after a crazy hit on Gusher's Gold - 20 free spins at .20 - the instant jackpot went off twice, which is tripled under the free spins, so a 90 win off of those two jackpot hits. Then later Jacque's Pot gave me two Jacque bonus rounds in a set of 10 free spins at .60 for 220+. Then five minutes later a 220+ win on Scary Rich. Weird, because I was just grinding out my weekly cashback and it wasn't going well at all, but when it turned, it turned bigtime.)

Forgot to update this - Ms Sloto handled the withdrawal and I rec'd it April 9th.

More important, I had a recent Slots Capital (sloto Rival) w/d requested the 14th, processed the 16th, in my account the 22nd without a single hitch or any need to contact Ms Sloto. Much, much better - 4 biz days from processed-to-rec'd is very nice.
