I requested a cashout for a few hundred dollars after clearing their bonuses following the appropriate tmers and conditions back on November 22nd.

I haven't been paid. I emailed support and was told a few more days, still no pay, I chat with live support twice and they apologize and tell me that they will forward my emails to the manager.

No pay for a week later.

I PM the manager on here, he responds, asks a few questions, I've now waited an additional week, have no payment, and no response from the manager, email from customer service or phone call. It's been just under a month now, and I'm pissed. It shouldn't take a site this long to cashout especially when its more than two weeks extra after they tell me a few days.

It seems nothing changes at this group - their policy of stalling and slowpaying just goes on and on and on....

Did you happen to take a bonus? That apparently *qualifies* you for the stall list!!!

Yup, everything was on the up and up. I have one account, I played the bonus, followed all requirements, I believe I actually played something like 115% of the wagering requirement, as I'm new to playing casino bonuses and thought playing only the minimum would be considered playing bonus abuse, I've emailed support several times, pm'd the casino operator etc, and do not have a response. I'm going to complain directly to Playtech at this point.

This has become almost Standard Operating Procedure with this group, although they promised they would reform some time ago.

One of their senior execs (perhaps in his cups) actually boasted to the 'Meister at one time that they had a silent policy of waitlisting the cashouts of players who had taken bonuses!

I believe you will get paid eventually, but you will have to stay on their cases to do so.

Unfortunately I have not seen any signs that Playtech are smartening up their dispute channel yet, but it's always worth a try.

Had the same kind of hassle, played there in October and after a month of being told about unforseen delays, manager will email you personally, promise youll be paid soon, top priority etc but no actual action I went through the Playtech dispute panel and they coughed up within 3 days.

A friend had the same kind of hassle recently too, they just don't seem interested in paying until Playtech get involved, so I'd stay well away from them for now.

Glad you finally got paid, Pijak albeit after too long a wait.

Your post is interesting because it is the first evidence I have seen so far that the Playtech dispute channel is actually doing what it is supposed to do instead of simply batting you back to the casino in question.

That's a positive sign imo and a welcome one as another effective channel for legit player disputes.

Let's hope we see further proof that Playtech has pulled itself towards itself on disputes.

Bah.

I pm'd the Casino Operator for The Chance Group who told me I would be paid this by yesterday.

I still haven't been paid.

I did file a playtech dispute, it took them a week and a half to get back to me rather than the three days that is stated on their website and now apparently I'm to be paid by the end of NEXT week.

Frankly screw them, whether they actually pay me or not. I'm not putting another dime into this group.

I played there a couple of years ago. I requested a £550 cashout from there in the middle of December. Some time in February the following year they got me to sign a form confirming my deposits and send them my ID. After some back-and-forth e-mailing I got paid on May 31, so it basically took six months.

I hope you get paid quicker than that - if you got through the right channels (Playtech, maybe the OPA) it might happen. I'm not sure Bryan will get involved in disputes with casinos that are already on his rogue list.

They are not on CM rogue list (although imo they should be). They are on probation.
I am sure Mike Craig at the OPA will help BBKPoker since they are on his "approved PLUS" list (puhleeze)

PS- Bryan will try to help, go here https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

It's astonishing that these people are still in business.

Over the past few years they have screwed around so many posters who have aired their problems on the message boards that it can only be a deliberate policy of stalling and slowpaying.

There were rumours last year that someone had made an offer for the group, and my hopes lifted that a change of ownership might improve matters and relieve us all of these regularly depressing stories of weak excuses and undelivered promises, but it was not to be apparently.

The sooner they go out of business the better imo.

This Group

I've been down that road with this group before, 3 weeks to get paid and got every song and dance in the play book. Never again.

I'm not naming names, but there are portal owners who actually promote these places. Do they ever do their homework? Why would you promote a place that would cause your players this kind of delay? I guess a little affiliate money in their pockets clouds their judgement.

I wish you luck with this. There's nothing worse than waiting for payment. I've gotten so I only play at instant or within 24 hour payout casinos that I can count on and win at. That's a pretty short list, unfortunately.

Well, I pitched a bitch, the casino operator hasn't responded to my last pm (been over a week now).

I wish I had found this site before playing there. Hopefully I get my money as promised, but something tells me if it hasn't been done in the last three weeks promised its not happening now.

I apologise for the error in my old post about Sterling House et al being on the rogue list - they were at the time I was trying to get paid by them (about 2 years ago now). Thanks to paul02085 for pointing that out.

I can't remember where I got the advice to go to the OPA - again, maybe this was good advice when I had my problem with them, but is not out of date.
