ComeOn! not processing withdraw

I couldn't find it, but does ComeOn! have a rep here on casinomeister? I requested a withdraw of ~€150 nearly a month ago. After a few days, I asked where my withdraw was. They asked me to submit documents (including ID, selfie etc). I submitted everything they requested, and eventually it all finally got approved... but my withdraw was still stuck in "processing". Over the past 2 weeks, I've continuously attempted to contact support, but now the site appears to be literally abandoned? I cannot for the life of me get in touch with a human anymore, no matter when I contact support, I get a bot that says "no agents are currently online".

All of the latest Swedish trustpilot reviews are pretty much the same story, nobody can get in touch with support and all withdraws appear to be frozen. If they do have a rep, could somebody tag them or link their profile? Thanks.

That's strange for sure; As a Swede who plays on both MGA and SGA casinos, I have not been asked for ID or proof of address at all. I did have to verify my payment method, but usually, the verification is pulled via Trustly. The only thing I can think of where you would need to complete said verification is if you are under a hidden identity or the residential address on trustly is different to the one on your casino account;
