This morning I felt like playing different games instead of what is offered to the U.S. I pretty much play RTG because there is not a lot of options for U.S. players.
So after reading here and else where on line I deposited at WINADAY Casino. Well big mistake, I deposited this morning and the money was taken from my account right away and now at 4:52PM EST the money is still not in my account at WINADAY. Contacted support numerous times and just getting the run around. Well my bad and I just wanted to vent.

Yes I contacted live chat 7 times today and all I get from Sage, the live chat support, is that she will contact the billing department.
No answers but a lot of questions.

i´ve never played there bu what i recomend for us players with no rtg is:
miami club - wgs this particular casino is not acredited but is sloto group, that is acredited
buzzluck - syster to rtg but different games, nu works. - acredited
3dice - proper software - acredited
slots capital - rival - acredited.

4 other softwares that not rtg.

i play there in volumes and still will i dont know the facts of yours ?? first check and see if the money has gotten transferred from yours to theirs

res assure they are not rogues , some times the connection drops and the charge doesn't go through

log in go to cashier look up history take SS and post here [ and fret :

My account was credited with the deposit 24 hours after I made it. They also added an additional $50 for any inconvenience. That was nice of them but it came with a play through and restricted the games I could play.
I don't take deposit bonus's because I don't like a play through. All in all they resolved the issue but I don't think anyone should have to wait 24 hours to play when the funds have been taken from your account.

first i never doubted that your money wasn't safe , they do have a 1x play through on deposit witch i agree is more than fair keeps unqualified players off, and i believe a 10x 0n bonus witch is a cintch to over come if you get even a small streak

however can you tell me what games they put off limits i do not know of any from my play there

to sum it up most either love them or leave them because there games are quite different from the mainstream type

PS general terms for entry level players

c. Keno counts 50% towards wagering requirements
