My name is Georgi Atanasov and I am from Bulgaria.I am not sure if this is the right place to post this,but since here seems to be the complaint posts,I will do it here.So with my case - I played Stargames.net for 5-6 months,first losing some deposits,but then winning some.1 month ago I decided to withdraw some funds,and my account was blocked.I asked why is it blocked and after 11 days of no answer,I got this response :
"We were informed by our riskmanagement department that there were irregularities with your account "iyi_gunler" and it had to be blocked due to violations of our GTC (see Points G and I)."
Just to let everybody know,points G and I are from their T&C,it's not anything specific about my case.So I didn't get any reasonable explanation what happened to my account and what facts and reasons they had to block it.Of course,they dont want to payout my balance,which makes me pretty sure they just want to steal the money.If I am wrong,then for what reason they are hiding the facts?It's normal if you blame someone,to explain to him what he has done and the consequences about it.But no,Stargames.net are not doing that,they are a robbery site,a very risky place to play for money.I would kindly ask if anybody can help me how to resolve this case,how I can proceed further.I contacted their regulator,but it was not of any help.That's what I got from regulator as response:
"In your specific case, the information was passed to the MGA and examined in detail so as to confirm the Operator’s explanation of events. From the Authority’s end, it was determined that the Operator acted in accordance to the regulations and Terms and Conditions.This information is of a sensitive nature and cannot be provided to the player as is your case."
So the regulator is pretty useless,instead of protecting the player,and at least make the site explain it's decision,they act as fraud as Stargames.net.
As I said any help about his case will be appreciated,it will also be great as many gambling forums as possible to know about how fraud Stargames.net is,and how risky is to decide to play there for real money.

Unfortunately Stargames have a history of bad behavior and dogdy confiscations :(

From what I have gathered they usually don't even return player's deposits (after locking their accounts) which makes them indeed look borderline criminal.

If you like Novomatic slots I would advise you to play at Energy Casino which is CM accredited. There's also few others like Quasar that have a pretty good reputation.
 
stargames- the most authoritative casino in the world(ok,in the europe)

Greentube(novomatic) doesn't give the software to everyone (to beggars or criminal owners)..It not a microgaming which sell the software to everyone.

Most likely you have many accounts from one computer. After all there a sweet bonus on the first deposit);)

Once again... Stargames-The only thing casino where I am sure by for any sum on the account.

With own eyes I saw bets in live a blackjack for $500.000 (vip tables) there

Please read carefully,when you are going to write something.I have 1(one) account in stargames.net.If you are one of their staff,then yes,you probably can be sure for your money there.Otherwise it is impossible.

i playing there for a couple of years now and never had any problems with withdrawing my wins, hope your case got resolved
 
Stargames.net is for the free playmoney right? Isnt it stargames.com for real money play?
My wife plays there already many years and has never encountered any issues.
 
Stargames is very poor quality casino.

They are very popoluar only becose they one of first novomatic casinos in web ? and they Invest a lot money to promoting in web in all possible places ( included porno sites and other )

So they have toons of players but secund site is they dont take care abaout their players.

a) they dont offered live chat and their mailing support is extreme poor quality - players often wait few days to answer simple question.
b) they offered only 2 withdrawal in month if player have lucky then just cant withdrawal 3 times in month - need waiting to next month ( in same time usualy lose money)
c) they sell wirtual money ( called stars) for people..... Same fun money is avalible unlimited in all other novomatic casinos for free of corse

d) Withdrawal time is to long players sometimes waiting 5-7 days to e-wallet withdrawal .

And finnaly they blocked players often and conficated winings without clear reason - And is very hard got answers or resolved problem with them ( Poor support customers and long email answer time)

Im remember im play mayby 2-3 years ago sometimes in Stargames and lose more then win... Some day im noticed they locked my and got message to contact suport. Suport after 7 days answer to my email - " They can locked without reason and decision is final "

So im just wait 7 days to answer email with question abaout reason locked accont - Got answer we dont need reason we can locked if we wonna. ( something like this)

Im read also in web Stargames often conficate winings and deposits amount without clear reason or if they dont like players game style. ( Im can undestand conficate winings if somone broke? rulez but confiscate deposits?_.


Very good in web is few new better quality Novomatic casinos like Quasar or Energy - mayby some day Stargames lose customers becose they just dont take care abaout players - They only adds baners in all posible place in web - and offered poor quality product without support with limited withdrawal numbers .
 
Well my wife withdraws a lot more than 3 times a month and directly to her bank account it takes no more than 2 working days... so i think its not the standard.
Bulgaria isnt one of the countries favoured by casino's thats for sure, but for rather obvious reasons... no offense... if your stuff checks out, your money will be yours

I'm sorry but since some people here seem overly optimistic about this casino. Here's some facts:

1. On AskGamblers you have 26 complaints on Stargames (very high number for any casino) ... out of which only 3 have been resolved!

2. Stargames holds a score of 2.63 out of 10 on AG (even some rogue casinos have better ratings!) They hold a glorious #903 place out of all 936 listed...

3. Stargames tried to become accredited on CM and failed (read their babtism thread to see why)

4. Stargames has terms in place like : "A payout for over €100 cannot be requested where the money deposited has not been used in any games or only a few games." Players had their deposits stolen from Stargames simply for requesting withdrawals over 100€.

So no... I wouldn't say that your money are safe. Please don't advocate for rogue casinos :) And I strongy discourage playing there. I am happy for those that got paid but would advise them not to push their luck any more and start playing somewhere else.

i just mentioned that in the case of me and especially my partner, amounts up to a couple thousand euro's have never been any problem
 
You can mention whatever you want,but the fact is that stargames divide the players on constant winners and constant losers.They don't mention this in their T&C,but if you read the complaints in forums you will get it.And the "winners" sooner or later are banned without any payment.If your wife is from the 2nd kind of players,than I have no doubts she will be paid whenever she asks.And couple of thousands of euro are BIG problem for them,you can trust me.If you do not,then you can read the forums around carefully

In regards to Stargames I have to step up for them as I had never any issues getting paid either.
I have had withdrawals up to €3000 with them and always got paid.
CS wasn't great a few years ago but when I won I always got paid.
Stated in another thread,I would go back and play there as they have the largest choice of Novo slots on the web but unfortunatelly I self excluded / rage quit and they wouldn't allow me to come back.
This is years ago now so maybe I would get a second chance now. ^^

I will repeat this a huge criminal site backed up by MGA.The only way to deal with them is to sue them in Malta.For anyone who considers playing there - AVOID AT ALL COST!You will be welcome there only if you constantly lose money

If you want anyone to take your complaint seriously, you'll need to tone down the rhetoric. Tossing around accusations of being "criminals" and connected to Malta will get your complaint shit-canned. And we have a no-tolerance policy of violating our posting rules in the complaints section. You should read them.

It's truly astonishing the number of times I need to advise adults how to behave in public. :rolleyes:

First point, to accuse someone of being a criminal - when they are not - is defamation. This means you can be sued in a civil court - in some jurisdictions it's a criminal offense (Germany for instance). If you are making a public post, then stick with the disclaimer "in my opinion..." and then describe your side of the story coherently without resorting to insulting accusations.

We don't know you. This was a first post by you, and you have already demonstrated that you are unable to follow our NO TOLERANCE policy which is posted at the beginning of every page of this thread and at the top of the complaints section. So I can only presume you a) don't have the reading skills to follow these instructions, b) you ignore boldly placed instructions, or c) you feel that these rules don't apply to you. Which one is it? Take your pick.

Casinomeister's forum is not a place to post willy-nilly about how much you think you've been ripped off; it's a place where we solve problems. If you've come here to just make vilifying complaints, then post elsewhere - if you want us to help solve your problem, then have some damn courtesy and respect, and abide by our posting policies and posting rules. There is no monthly limit on withdrawals, as stated in this thread, and we recommend waiting 5 working days for a payout to be completed, although most are paid within 48 hours depending on whether or not an account needs verification or not. Our verification process is quick and easy, for anyone experiencing delays with this process, it is due to not sending in correct documentation when it was requested.
