StarGames would first like to apologise for the absence of a casino rep in previous years. What we lacked in previously, we have since improved in remarkably.
This thread began with a player who was upset because he was blocked due to violations of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), those violations were of a sensitive nature and could not be disclosed. We understand the frustration this may cause, but when our licensing body (MGA) was contacted by the player, they investigated, we provided the sensitive information, and they agree with our actions. If they did not agree with our actions, I think that would be cause for public complaint, however, that is not the case.
Furthermore, StarGames do not confiscate any players winnings unless there is a serious breach of our Terms and Conditions involved. We advise all players to read these T&C’s before depositing any funds to their account, if you do not agree with the terms, don’t deposit.
There is no monthly limit on withdrawals, as stated in this thread, and we recommend waiting 5 working days for a payout to be completed, although most are paid within 48 hours depending on whether or not an account needs verification or not. Our verification process is quick and easy, for anyone experiencing delays with this process, it is due to not sending in correct documentation when it was requested.
We do sell virtual currency, which a lot of our players avail of. However, we also provide free Stars to every player on a daily basis, where no deposit is necessary.
