This thread began with a player who was upset because he was blocked due to violations of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), those violations were of a sensitive nature and could not be disclosed. There is no monthly limit on withdrawals, as stated in this thread, and we recommend waiting 5 working days for a payout to be completed, although most are paid within 48 hours depending on whether or not an account needs verification or not. Our verification process is quick and easy, for anyone experiencing delays with this process, it is due to not sending in correct documentation when it was requested.

The users who are blocked with no explanation, know why they are blocked and if they choose to pretend they don't know, there is nothing we will do about that.

Another completely pointless and stupid explanation. It sounds like one of those situations where someone confronts a guilty party about something and the guilty party responds with: I don't want to talk about it! or You don't know the real reason and for that reason I will not discuss it.

Please stop insulting our intelligence, we really are not that stupid.
