Hello.

Me need help, because i have problem with sportsbetting.com . I have made withdrawal request and they have asked to send verification documents. All scan has been emailed 22 days ago and received. Each time when I ask them that with my scans I receive the same answer: "We have already forwarded the documents to our accounting department and documents are still under review. As soon as we have the resolution we will inform you". My betting account has not been closed. Funds have been debited, but the withdrawal has not been processed. I have not received from them any concrete answer.

I ask you the help as I do not know to whom more to address.
I hope for your help.

You need to keep emailing, phoning or any other way to keep on these people. They have a very VERY poor rep in the sportsbook industry and you need to be vigilant and a little prayer might also help. You may want to check out "sportsbook review" as well as they cater to sportsbooks of all types and may be able to assist you in collecting your funds. Hope this helps a little.

Wellcometheluc I will review your account and contact you in regards of this issue, if there is a stop on your payments there should be a reason for that. I personally handle Affiliate payments and I havent receive any complaints from any of our affiliates, in fact I just finish processing payments for the month on July 2009 so for the affiliates reading this please go ahead and request your payment .

As you guys can see we have pristine reputation among our affiliates as you can check on CAP and GPWA and any other board on the internet below a quoted credit from one affiliate that had a issue with payments before (GPWA forum).

I had a payment issue and was having a bit of an problem with the customer support at SPORTSBETTING. I asked Luis for some help and he was right onto it and it resolved in a few days. As I have said to Luis, I'm not a big fan of programs that pay through player accounts however, he provided a great backup to the support people and ensured I was satisfied with the outcome.

In these times it's good to be able to report about a responsive program rather than all the other problems we are encountering at the moment. Thanks again Luis.

Kassiap I wonder what is your Affiliate account at EarnReal.com I will like to review your account and check when you had a payment issue with us, please PM me your details so I can help you out, no need for praying, emails or phone calls; I am here to assist all of our Affiliates with all their needs with a professional and friendly manner.

This isnt an affiliate issue:oops:

I have no claim to the affiliate program. I get the funds on time. Difficulties arise when attempting to withdraw funds from the betting account. I do not understand why need 25 days for verifiing docs and each time answering "docs under processing". I hope you find out what the problem and write here. We will wait...

Even though this is not related directly to EarnReal.com I am checking with SPORTSBETTING.COM what the situation with your payment wellcometheluck is, you are also one of our affiliates and I will provide you with all the support you need.

I will keep you guys posted.

Did i miss something????

Sportsbetting.com did not payout on a withdraw to a player. There are many MANY issues with this book. Why would i have an affiliate account with you or anybody you are assiciated with? I believe you may be intoxicated or a little slow to believe this thread has anything to do with affiliates or being paid by an affiliate company.

The player came on here looking for help on getting paid because they are a player not an affiliate. I have alot of experience with good and bad sportsbooks and NOT as an affiliate. So my input is as a player. I am still confused by your intetions, but surely you can't believe your helping in anyway. Why would I need YOUR help

Clear case of stalling. It NEVER takes this long to "review documents", they are NEVER going to pay you, and hope you give up in the end.

This clearly illustrates why there are "many MANY issues" with them, they can't even get the simplest procedure done after FOUR MONTHS!!! It would shame even Virtual group casinos, who will sometimes pay up after 2 to 3 months of constant excuses and badgering by the player just to get rid of the issue.

The affiliate rep MAY be able to help though, as they may have a contact with the player side. The accounting department may also be handling both player and affiliate payments, so the affiliate manager's contact there may be able to find out about a player problem.

Affiliates should not even be promoting this sportsbook if there are so many problems with them. It is likely that affiliates will be looked after, even by a group that routinely screws over the players, hence "glowing reviews" on affiliate forums, and "many MANY issues" on player forums for the same operator.

This sports book issue.

So why isn't this player getting paid? Is it because he's American? Should the police in this country be involved or a criminal lawsuit should be filed against this company, or against the manager of the sports book?

When crooked people in this industry get dragged out in handcuffs or by the military, this will change how these companies do business.

You wouldn't be able to do this type of business, if it were a grocery store or another .com company that deals with people, like say Amazon or Ebay.

Online sports books want a better reputation, then you got to pay up like other top .com companies do to their customers.

So unless the army or police or FBI are involved and arresting people, they won't care.
