Split Withdrawal

I want to preface this by saying that this is not a complaint - in fact I'd like to commend iNetbet for the speed payout they processed last night. I will wait until I have the actual money in hand before I comment further on the payout.

I just want opinions on this:

Since I live in the US I don't have many options to withdraw - one is paymycard, which is relatively quick - usually I have my money in 3 days. The other is a courier check, which generally takes longer - anywhere between 5-10 days. iNetbet places a limit on paymycard of $500 and I had a withdrawal of $800. So I asked for $500 on paymycard hoping to have the money for the long weekend. Because it's a long weekend I figured a check would get delayed quite a bit - maybe I'm wrong - I don't really know. So I asked for the remainder in a check. They charged me $50 for the check even though it was my first check of the month. Had I known this ahead of time I would not have done it that way. I figured the first CHECK of the month was free. Paymycard is NOT a check. When I asked they said it was because the withdrawal was split. When I said but this was my first check and explained why I did it that way they responded with "well you could have requested it all in a check, no?"

Maybe I'm being picky - it seems like every time I withdraw from iNetbet I have something to complain about and I really don't mean to. I'm just happy I have a withdrawal to be processed. Maybe this seems like nitpicking but I honestly did not think they would charge me $50 for the check. I'm really disappointed to lose that $50 and had they asked me I would have chosen to do it differently.

So, what do you think? Should I just shut up and take it and be thankful I could withdraw at all?

Complaints against this particular casino don't usually go very well. If you want to play there you should probably accept their fees and accept that the way they do business is not to everyone's liking but unlikely to change in any way.

As I said, I wasn't complaining - I wanted to see if people agreed with my standpoint. It really doesn't matter - you're right - it's the way they do business like it or not.

As Big John said

With Inetbet, It's Their way or the highway! Their attitude is generally take it or leave it. Since your only option for support is email it's really kind of hard to persuade them to do anything outside THEIR box.
