After about 1500 plus spins on Jurassic park i noticed my bonus amount was not going down as quick as it should i was up about 200 at that time
so i went to chat not only did the get my wagering amount wrong they said i only wagered under $300 and that's kind of hard after 1500 spins mostly at 1.20 and above my question is should i delete my accounts with this group i have already written of my $80 here is the copy of chat i have screenshot to if anyone is intrested

I have had this delay happen to me several times, i think it's the counter that calculates comppoints and wagering at the same time, and i never really looked deeper into an explanation of how it could happen, but i do know that so far it has always worked correctly in the end.

Longest it took for the correct update has been 8 hours.
So, have you taken the support guy's advice and did you check it another hour later?

Well this is why I joined up as I had a bonus issue myself... until I read the rules... and did the sums myself.

If you got a 200 credit bonus that means you have to play it 30 times... ie 6000 credits!

That's an awful lot to play through!

1500 spins at 1.20 is only going to get you through 1800.

clearing it up 120 bonus money 80 cash

i had 150% bonus amount total start amount was 200 bonus amount was 120 cash amount 80
so it was 3600 total ...but they said it was another lower amount whole thing screams badly run to me
and yes $10 unlocked for 300 wagered my issue was that i wagered enough to unlock 50 bonus easy and it was only about 20 gone
thats when i hit up the chat support for the wagering and info that i got and that was wrong in so many ways
