Spin Empire = Slotobank and Odds/EveryMatrix helping them cover it

Seriously? Did they just unblock your account and pay you off as long as you said nice things about them and made sure you kept re-iterating that they are not connected in anyway? They're suggesting that Slotobank hacked them? Really? Can we see this chat script because I find it astonishing that such an accusation can be presumed in the first place. How can they claim they are not connected when they are sending e-mails out with requests to talk to Slotobank? Why would you do that if you aren't connected? Why on earth would another casino hack another casino? This just sounds like they're trying to put out a fire on here before it spreads.

They have never told me to say that they was hacked. That was all me. Bc i really don't know. All that i know is that they are going to proceed with my withdraw, and when they have payed me i will show it here on the post.
Nice ting of them ? I can't write bad things on them when they are opening my account and pay me my winnings.
They are denying everything about slotobank, And what should i belive? I do not have an account with slotobank and I can't say more than users post on the web.

Greetings, all. Dear Captain Chaos, don't you find it strange when a customer whose account has been blocked for possible bonus abuse, immediately finds this thread, creates an account and mentions some Slotobank chat in his first post requiring SpinEmpire rep to contact him asap? Maybe as a customer I would do the same to draw as much attention to myself.

After long talk with superrob we didn't find any evidence of his words. We looked through his online chat history and didn't find any mentions of Slotobank casino also. If any history or any other proof from that user might take place, please correspond it to us or present it here. The only explanation we got was:

SpinEmpire - The Most Fancy Casino: I looked throw your online chat history
SpinEmpire - The Most Fancy Casino: and didn’t find any mentions of Slotobank
Glenn: vel, I was not online Esme. I swear to GOD that's true that she said that.

I am not sure if this is the right case, fellows. The user who is presented as superrob here has been asked to present some of the documents to verify his identity and after we received them (this night) his account was immediately unblocked and withdraw was made successfully. If any of those is not true, please present the issues here or in any other thread. Thanks.

So you're saying that the quoted conversation in the previous page is a total fabrication and never occurred? That the player had his account locked and immediately came here to bitch and moan and dropped in the Slotobank link to gather support?

Here is a proof that i have recived the money.

case solved for me.

I still find no proof of SpinEmpire = Slotobank

Dear all,

Regarding all said and mentioned above. I saw two real issues in the whole thread:
1.
I join up the other night, and made a small deposit, got part way though the wagering and left it over night. The next morning I was unable to log in, I just got a message saying I was playing from a restricted country.
To brianmon, as I can see your issue has been resolved as soon as we got acccess to your account. The initial deposit has been returned to you. If not, please post any issues here. Thank you.

2.
Hi to all of you.

I deposited 550£ on spinempire on the 15/03. And afer 1 houer of playing I logged out from the site, 1 houer later i find my account blocked.
I talk to livechat and I get this message.
To superrob, thanks for presenting your documents for the verification purposes. We have unblocked your account and approved a withdraw request, waiting for EveryMatrix support approval now. If you have any real proofs of our connection with Slotobank, don't hesitate to go public with it.

To all Casinomeister users. I am not here to offer excuses for any other casino or online product. I am here to resolve all the possible issues related to SpinEmpire - our own product which has just been started. And as you can see non of the customer issues were ignored or forgotten.

I am tired of all accusations presented here as they don't have any reasonable background. As I told you before we were not planning to open our doors until the end of March and the accident with unauthorised email campaign took place indeed. None of the SpinEmpire officials has anything to do about that though. More than that we are currently experiencing significant problems related to our licensing procedure and reputation right in the beginning.

There is not my right or authority to discuss any of competing products on this current forum. The only thing I can tell is we have suffered a lot because of someone's incompetence. But that is not the reason to associate us with any other rouge products as that is not true and I don't see any reason why our reputation should be blamed in such a manner. If any real evidences are not be presented here, the thread itself would look more like defamation and I see no reason for the further extension.

at the risk of appearing to have an intelligence on the level of slotobank/spinempire staff, management, and ownership:

BULL FEEEEEEECKIN SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITE

Emails sent out with slotobank.mailsend, staff telling customers to email slotobank, you stink as bad as that flight that had to turn around because of a nasty poo. Oh, and fwiw, when players are clearly brighter than a casino operation, and completely calling them out on their BS as the casino tries to splutter and stammer poorly through an explanation, it's fair to say you shouldn't be in business at all. The only way you are going to stay in business is if you do an affactive/winpalace clip joint (god knows how they are still operating as a side note) - your scam operation is way out of its depth and anyone with a few brain cells sees right through it

I haven't received any refund. But if you can advise me of the Neteller transaction number. I'll double check

I love the irony of these two clauses in the T&Cs for the welcome bonus:

"Whilst playing with a bonus you will not be able to play jack pot games. And also if you took match bonus on your deposit you cannot play: Champion of the Track Game, Devils Delight, Gonzo's Quest, Mythic Maiden, Reel Rush, Steam Tower, The wish Master, Castle Builder. If player placed even one bet on those games, SpinEmpire can forfeit all winnings from current bonus."

"Unfortunately, a very limited few are making it a habit to abuse our bonus offers and this forces us to have such clauses in place. Any regular player would never risk breaking these clauses by mistake; you have to have a fraudulent ambition from the beginning in order to cross the line."

A regular player would WITHOUT A DOUBT risk breaking these clauses by mistake, if they hadn't read them down to the last letter. Gonzo's Quest is Net ent's second most popular game, played by basically everybody, and I've NEVER seen it restricted. Same goes for their latest game Steam Tower. Clearly this clause is designed to screw "regular players" specifically. My guess the only reason Starburst isn't in there is because the freespins players get in that particular game with the welcome bonus. The restriction definitely has nothing to do with RTP.

I had some hopes on this being a legit operation after the rep chimed in, but after reading these terms it's blatantly obvious it isn't.

You have to have fraudulent ambition to play Gonzos Quest or Steam Tower? That's like 32red imposing a clause stating that anyone who plays Immortal Romance of Thunderstruck 2 has fraudulent ambition... Guess we're all fraudsters then!

We are all fraudsters on most sites, Can not have a spin without breaking rules with a bonus, I guess we just have to deposit and wait for them to dry us out because we not loged in for a few months

I should add that via Everymatrix software Spinempire are able to stop players from placing bets in these games - as many other EM casinos have done with e.g. Wish Master. My guess is they haven't

Well this is a hell of a mess. I never played at Slotobank myself after they gave me no less than 4 completely different sets of terms for their welcome bonus. My limited interaction with them still left me with the impression they are a bunch of incompetent liars and cheats. In addition to the removal of the ridiculous bonus terms, EveryMatrix should confirm that they have no reason to connect Slotobank and SpinEmpire before anyone goes near them.... On the bright side at least their rep is one of the most active on here! Even if it is for all the wrong reasons at the moment.

It would also be good to hear from EveryMatrix regarding slotobank continuing to use their license, the last we heard it had been pulled but they are still quoting the EM license on their site. As someone said before we need to know if EM can be held responsible for their actions towards users signing up today. IMHO its the least they can do after letting them behave so maliciously while operating on their platform.

My friend signed up at this place despite me warning him beforehand. After he lost his welcome bonus he went onto livechat and asked for his account to be closed, which after some convincing, they did.

He then received the following e-mail:

I had some technical problems yesterday when i signed up, and didnt got the bonus despite selecting it. I noticed this during the gameplay and went to the chat to get assistance. Didnt get any. My fault though since i never noticed that i didnt got the bonus even when selected it.

Also the Skrill deposit screen is inframed in their own casinosite, and is so small and it was really difficult to make deposit.

Pointed these in the chat as reason and wanted my account to be closed after playing away my original deposit with really low RTP.

My account was closed without any effort trying to help me, and email confirmed that account manager will contact me with my queries.

So not so nice experience, some effort to help the customers in the chat would be nice, especially when there seemed to be a technical glitch at that point when i made my deposit.

Hi guys, I wasn't sure where to put this, so added here, please feel free to move it to the ncessary place mods.

Fresh off the heels of Slotobank being voted worst casino of the year in the 2014 CM awards, it seems the shysters aren't giving up easily. I received several intrusive spam phone calls in the first two months of the year, and today received an email from a new casino called SPINEMPIRE. It is actually quite professional looking, and quotes Odds/EveryMatrix as managers at the bottom, offering 125% bonus upto 500 for your 1st deposit. I clicked through and immediately noticed slotobank.mailersendblabla

I read thru all the website, and not a single mentioned of anything but Odds/EveryMatrix. Maybe I missed something, somewhere, but with these guys I am guessing not. So this is a warning to everyone to STEER CLEAR. What really jacks my jaw is a supposed reputable company like OddsMatrix keeps backing these guys, so whether GUTS and the other so called reputable casinos are reliable or not, I am personally pulling out any deposits and balances on any casino associated with OddsMatrix whilst they deal with this bunch of crooks. I used to trust this company, and ANY casino associated with them but not it is the opposite. Not least because I am worried Slotobank have/are learning from their mistakes and putting together a much slicker rogue operation and ditch their tarnished name.

Anyway I just wanted to warn people because they have been quite careful to avoid any association with the most rogue of casino outfits in their other casino Slotobank, but appeared to make one mistake in their spam email that trails back to them.

O'k I Hear what your saying but I'm a firm believer in giving people a chance so I thought i'd sign up with Spinempire and put them to the test details of which
can be found in another thread.

I had a lengthy email conversation with the sc. VIP manager. (Didnt get the bonus on my 1st deposit, because some strange errors and tech problem on the site). My bad that i didnt notice it before i started playing w the slots, so thats my bad.

Tried to explain that to the CS and the VIP manager, but got offered the bonus again for my 2nd deposit.

No thank you.

Regarding this current bonus - I will personally look for the possible reason why the 1st deposit Bonus has not been granted to you. In case there were only some strange errors on our website, we'll manage the situation in your favour. Please PM me with your account details, thanks.

Why are you still not properly commenting the connection between spinempire and slotobank? I think people here are still wondering if it is ok to play at spinempire, since slotobank has had many issues.

Far as I can See Spinempire and Slotobank are two Separate Business Entities Regards Spinempire its work in progress but positive steps are being made
from observing the feedback I for one am going to continue playing there without a doubt in my mind : games are working fine some sawdust on the floor
not a biggie and their Rep is being nice enough to work with us I say Attempt to Reserve the Judgement and Let time tell .

Yes, im not judging them, infact been thinking of trying them out, but since many people here have had some kind of proof of this connection it has made me think twice. But if there is no connection i might give them a shot.

Ok ill call it like I see it Speculation , Racial derogatory , reverse engineering possibly by rogue employee elements which i'm sure are being dealt with if at all they exist ,
and a business undergoing restructuring the end result in my estimation will be a solid casino judging from the flow of events.

The way the industry seeks to structure itself is to blame for much of this.

The owners like to be faceless and nameless, so hide behind "fronts", sometimes using "paper companies" to shield themselves from being identified as the owners. In the case of white labels, this "front" is a group licence set up by the white label provider. However, the same "front" is shared amongst a number of different sets of owners, but creates a connection between them that may not really exist at the ownership level. We also have had the revelations in the past that have shown that groups that were "clearly not connected" were owned all along by the same people.

Many white label sites incorrectly state "owned and operated by....." followed by the "fronting" entity and group licence. To the layman, this means "clearly connected". In fact, as being claimed here, they are only "operated" by the white label provider, the ownership is different, but both owners are secretive so don't want this disclosed, hence the "owned and operated by....".

To PROVE that the ownership is different, and that the two are not connected, the names of the persons owning each casino would have to be made public. It would then be easy to search various sources to determine the level of connection, if any, between them and their companies.

The UKGC will have none of this, the ultimate owners have to be disclosed, and need their own "personal licences" and be judged fit to own a gambling business. This is on top of the "operations licence" needed for the individual operating companies. Even here, it's not easy to untangle the ownerships behind the white labels as they use UKGC group licences, and this makes cross referencing with the list of personal licence holders harder.

Wow, you're something else. It's blatantly obvious these two brands are connected, not only their communication via e-mail is identical (on top of e-mails going through their server) - they've even said "Slotobank" by mistake in live chat just recently. If I go to Betsson, do you think they accidentally say "e-mail support@slotobank.com"?

It's not something that just happens. I'd bet a hefty sum that you're either working for Slotobank or asked to come here and shill.
