Spin Casino: Account closed, no explanation, still sending me crap in the post

Along with many other UK players here, I had some of my MG accounts migrated over to Spin Casino over the last few months. I played for some weeks on one of them, claiming several bonuses, even won a jackpot (all paid up fine). Then my account was closed without explanation and I've been ignored by customer services and the rep here in trying to find out why.

I had put this down to plain rudeness, but today I was sent the attached promotional mailer - on the reverse side my account number is printed on so it's clearly personalised. My account remains closed and support remains silent.

Since support are not responsive to me, maybe the rep will see this and can remove me from the mailings list at the very least...?

Possible they were just closing down duplicate accounts? i have about 5-6 spin casino account, but the single one I've used (and also made profit from) still works.
 
Try opening the casino and on the login page where you put your username and password, click the forgot password link, enter your email and it automatically mails you with a link, where you can see what accounts you have at that group associated with that email address. That's how I found out that I suddenly had multiple accounts when my old Royal Joker account got transferred to All Slots.

Odd that they won't even answer you though. :mad: Did you try chat or just email?
