Along with many other UK players here, I had some of my MG accounts migrated over to Spin Casino over the last few months. I played for some weeks on one of them, claiming several bonuses, even won a jackpot (all paid up fine). Then my account was closed without explanation and I've been ignored by customer services and the rep here in trying to find out why.
I had put this down to plain rudeness, but today I was sent the attached promotional mailer - on the reverse side my account number is printed on so it's clearly personalised. My account remains closed and support remains silent.
Since support are not responsive to me, maybe the rep will see this and can remove me from the mailings list at the very least...?
