I have noticed and been happy to see that Ted's family fund has grown by leaps and bounds.

I know that not all of us have a lot of extra funds, but if people could give just one casino deposit amount ($10, $15, $25 or any amount), that would really help the fund grow.

I lost a sister to cancer years ago, and the costs that amassed were thousands and thousands of dollars. Even with insurance,the debt was enormous, and couldn't be paid. It's hundreds or thousands of dollars more in today's world.

I could only afford $25, but I know even that small amount helps.

Sorry, I don't know what reasons there are behind that, just curious as it could affect my own plans to contribute.

This a guess, but I am assuming that Chip-In only allow fund raisers to run for a maximum period of two months. This was the same for Allan Leonard and Lou Fabiano, whereby their fundraisers lasted 2 months.

I was wandering around and ran into a thread I seem to have missed. It was Bryan's tribute to Ted (Spearmaster). It was really great, and Pina had a post in there that made ME cry.

Anyway, it reminded me of the cut off date for helping Ted's family, November 22.

If anyone got lucky and won, or even have a little bit of extra cash after depositing at their favorite casino, it sure would be appreciated by Ted's family.

This is the last post I will get to make and I hope it brings out the generosity in everyones' hearts.

Wow! There have been 60 contributors for Spearmasters' family! Really great work and I am so happy all of us could help make financial worries be less for Ted's family.

I am sure they are having a rough time emotionally and the holiday season will be tough for the family to get through.

Last chance to help, guys! November 22nd is day after tomorrow, can anyone else try to spare a few dollars for Ted out of your gambling budget?
