I don't understand how they can say the payout rate was very low - I have been playing slots online for weeks and my rtp is less than 30% so yours does not seem that unusually low.

As far as games paying out less when the software/servers are laggy....don't think so. I once hit a 5K win on Wishmaster at Betat when the same thing was happening to me....so the reverse is also possible. Don't think you should charge back, but that is my opinion

I have had spectacular stats at some casinos well under 50% RTP I get pissed off but wouldn't dream of charging back. I just stay away from that casino for a while. It's true that some casinos have a problem with lag but I don't think that changes the overall outcome of the games. I am not an expert or anything but I believe that is how it works. If you do a chargeback which is a really bad idea that will land you very quickly on a blacklist and you may have problems playing in the future. Not to mention a chargeback for a trivial reason will get you banned from this forum and rightfully so. Sorry you had a horrible session but that is how it goes sometimes.
