The platinumbonus offers 100 wager free spins, of which... I had to wager the profit (i believe 40x wager)
Granted in the terms, after depositing and reading it all, it stated there was a wager, but this title is atleast misleading, if not malicious.
Chatsupport took a creative semantic tour stating that the wager free spin refered to the spins being giving free, without wagering first or something in that line.
Mail to management did not result in a reply yet.
What do I do? Besides warning others via this post (promo still runs a few days)
I just found out they changed the wording in the promo from 100 wager free spins into 100 extra spins, which is the correct term, yet those who fell for the other words are yet not compensated.
