I have been a member at Slotty Vegas for just over a year and played once maybe twice there before.
I got an offer last week, deposited and won the most I have ever won from anywhere.

I requested a withdrawal on 16th April its still processing and I can see the t&c's state 5 working days for a first withdrawal,so I am aware its been 1 working day (due to Easter).

But just wondering how long others had to wait for first withdrawal. This is not a complaint at all just wanting some feedback from others experiences.

Beep beep. Beep beep. Dont reverse your withdrawal. That's my only advice. I stopped playing there a year or so ago because they no longer provided netent games in my jurisdiction.

    Have you been through KYC?
Pop on live chat, they are usually pretty good and can possibly sort it straight away for you :)

Thanks for the advice guys. Ok I should have said I did go on live chat on the 16th as I kept getting an error when trying to withdraw and they were really nice and helped me with it, eventually it let me withdraw.

Then I went on live chat yesterday and got a different agent who was nice he said it will take 5 days as first withdrawal and subsequent ones are within 4 hours. I asked him about KYC and he said I am fully verified.

Just checked again and its still in processing stage.

That's really weird, is this the same Slotty Vegas aligned to BetAT? Never heard of this "5 days for first withdrawal" rule, and never had a withdrawal pending any longer than an hour or so.
Won't the agent flush your withdrawal for you? You're fully verified, there should be no issue at all. Very disappointing from those guys, I'd be on to them to sort it out right away :axeman:

I am not sure what flushing is but I don't want to go asking them again as it is my first withdrawal and it is in t and c's. I will have a look and post them later as I am pretty sure I saw them before but on phone right now.

Trouble is I am practically dancing with impatience.

Just don't reverse since that's obviously what they want you to do. What a horrible rule, and a great way of scaring new customers off.
I couldn't find that rule so maybe it's just for players from the uk. Also not allowing bonuses on Skrill or Neteller and a lot of games to keep track on that you can't play with bonuses. They had everything covered in their rules. I think I would be scared constantly if I played there.

Ask a friend to change your password for you so you don't get tempted. It's a great way to have control. Patience is your best friend:thumbsup:

I had a look around and couldn't see it in the t&c anywhere! Then I checked emails and its in the reply from requesting a withdrawal

    Amount Requested:
    Date:

Your first withdrawal may take up to 5 days and we aim to process subsequent withdrawals within 4 hours on business days. Our payments department may contact you shortly and request any necessary documents.

Should you have any questions regarding this transaction, we ask that you kindly contact us on This email is not visible to you..

Yes I did leave £100 in there and some supercharged winnings which was cool and thats gone now lol but I deffo will not be cancelling the withdrawal cheers guys

That's a different thing. What a relief. You may get your cash very soon...or you'll have to wait. It says ''may take''.
Go to chat and ask if they can't flush it for you. Even if it's not processed immediately it will at least take it off from being able to reverse.
It never hurts to ask so do that. Let us know when you recieve it.

Im 100% sure at BetAt there is no option to reverse. Once done theres nothing you can do to reverse it. So processing doesnt mean reversible if i read it right. Not really sure if its the same at Slotty.

You said its the biggest amount you ever won. Depends on what that means maybe there are some additional checks necessary.

Slotty are a fine outfit and you will be paid no question if you havnt breached any terms, have faith in them and just don't reverse. If needs be ask for a 7 day cool off, by the time your cooled off the winnings will be in your bank where they belong and you can continue playing :) everyone's happy

I went on live chat explained I had been advised 5 days and requested a flush, got this reply

That is correct. We do not have the facility of flushing withdrawals at the moment, but I can offer to block your game play until they are processed so that they are safe
I'm sure they will sort this out for you soon!
Bye bye and congratulations by the way!

    Have a nice evening

I declined the offer to block game play. I know I won't reverse it but thanks for your support all, bit more relaxed now about it anyway now as mentioned above they are a reputable site and I have not done anything wrong.

I actually can't believe this

I've long been a borderline shill for Slotty Vegas on here simply because they pay so fast. The fact they have no progressive games really pisses me off, but they pay LIGHTNING fast and the reps/agents are the best in the business in my opinion.
I'm stunned that you're waiting any length of time for any withdrawal from them (and I fail to see WHY a first withdrawal matters when you're fully verified).

Could take up to 5 days? From Slotty Vegas?

Agreed, I don't play there any more (due to a couple of things I don't like) but fast payments was one of thing things I did like. Chat reps are 'usually' spot on too, and I have had a withdrawal done while I waited on chat before.

One thing I will say is, they might stop talking to you about it at all because you posted on here, they obviously detest anyone daring to post on a forum about any aspect of their business!

Well I take no prisoners when it comes to slow-pay withdrawals, even if it is my favourite casino. It's a matter of principle
