This situation is normaly in casinos (slotsoasis, rushmore, cherry red, pure vegas) ?

Chronology:

Thank you for your cooperation and we do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have cause.

11.december - casino sended me this:
I'm sorry for the miscommunication unfortunately we had a slight delay, but your funds are being resent and should be with you soon.

Im still waiting....

What do you think about this delay?

It looks like it might be a GOTCHA!! (copyright VWM) moment right here.

Rushmore has now used this "you need to re-enter your details due to an error etc" excuse on THREE members here at least. One could understand ONE persons details being wrong and needing correction, but THREE?

Seems they are pulling this one on everyone but making it appear like its an individual issue.

Very poor form.

This is sounding worse and worse for this group. Definitely sounding like a serious cashflow problem. If I was still playing online I would definitely steer clear of ANY casinos in this group. To those who are owed money, I sincerely hope you see your funds!

(Side note, this is more than the 4-5 weeks the VIP reps from Rushmore/SlotsOasis told Diane about...)

FWIW I'm seeing the same thing happening with the PABs. Much is being promised, not much is actually happening.

I've never played at the Rushmore group but from what I read here in the forums they sound like the kind of casinos you would see in the rogue pit

Right now, I believe they are in the "middle" - which is a lot of casinos; good, bad, mediocre.

Not accredited and not Rogue......however, Bryan did issue a warning about them several months back, if I recall.

DELAYS

I wish i had known about this site before i ever played at Rushmore!!! I haven;t gone back to play there since my win as i see they are lying about withdrawals and paying players, so with good reason that people that go back and play with that group shouldn't complain here . Like i said this was my first time with them and i wish i had never played there!!!!! If I'm ever going to play another online casino it will certainly be a casino listed here with a great review.

Stick to the Accredited list. The reason I say that, is because many sites get great reviews here as the various members share their opinions. However, what should carry the most weight is if Bryan feels a site has deserved their spot on the Accredited list.

Even the very best casinos get lousy reviews from time to time. That's personal opinion. Bryan bases his status on facts and history. Stick to that.

IMO

and for some reason im getting more promo mails now then ever before, need more cashflow maybe ?

Could be, not sure.

But their absence on this forum sure speaks LOUDLY.

I just don't understand why they refuse to have a presence here to answer the many questions swirling around.

Shameful how long some people have been waiting for their payouts without reasonable responses, pro-active communication, or simply NO communication which is worst of all.

Today from SLOTOASIS , 56 days from my withdrawal request...

I understand your frustration and I am working as hard as I can to ensure you receive your funds quickly. Unfortunately our processor had a bit of a backlog so it will be going out any day now. I wish I could give you a clearer date as to when they will arrive but at the moment I am just waiting on them. As soon as I have an update I will be in touch. I apologise for this delay.

Kindest regards,

Jessica Rose
Withdrawal Department

I must waiting... :(

A 56 day backlog is called "a bit of a backlog". They don't expect anyone to fall for that. Perhaps they need an additional processor or one that can provide a better turn around time.

I was going to say the same thing!

It's a crying shame because they used to be a really great group of casinos - on par with Club World. Louise was an awesome rep and was very quick to sort things out for the players, but she was the only person who could really help with anything, the rest of their customer service people had zero authority to do anything and most times didn't even know what you were talking about.

I am also getting promo emails from this group, 1-2 a day. I haven't played there in over a year, since the first pay-out slowdown. My patience is tried with a 7 days payout. 30 days or more would send me way over the edge.

Diane, I can tell you why there is no Rep from Rushmore here now. I wouldn't want to come on a forum and take all the heat that would be generated from players that aren't getting paid. Don't think Rushmore could pay me enough to take all that heat. LOL!

I believe they have been walking a path along the edge of a cliff for some while, and by sheer luck have merely slipped a couple of times, but not actually fallen off. They continue this walk however, and the setting sun makes it harder and harder for them to see where they are going. Some loyal players aren't worried about watching where THEY are going, but have their eyes fixed firmly in front, following in their every footsteps, as in the past they have never actually fallen off, no matter how bad the slips have looked.

The only way to safety is a different path, towards the bright lights of the non-US market, but staying at a respectful distance so that their loyal US players can stay close without getting lit up.

Rushmore group have gone to some lengths in the past to make non-US players feel unwelcome. The main way they did this was to restrict bonuses to ONLY those deposit methods US players use to get around UIGEA, but that non-US players would steer well clear of, even if they could be accepted as clients. There have been numerous complaints from non-US players who have been shafted because they tried to claim a bonus sent to them, but found they had to use a "US only" deposit method like the then Quicktender, or a US Dollar based card, in order to even qualify.

The result should have been obvious, many US players, and few non-US players. US processing falls apart, cash disappears, and there is not enough non-US turnover to smooth things over. The fact that non-US players are now getting the same excuses is evidence that non-US monies are being used to prop up the US processing side, and are being lost along with US funds when processors run with the money, or the DoJ intercepts it.

The bank wires are NOT failing because the player has made a mistake in the information, it is because the banks, including intermediaries, have discovered the nature of the transaction and blocked it. Using the correct information isn't going to help, and asking the player again and again to resend it is nothing more than a tactic to buy time and make it appear that something new is being done or an error has been found.

It may be that Rushmore group has been blacklisted by many of the processors that still operate in the US, so they CANNOT improve matters to match what other US facing casinos have been able to achieve.

The recent "be aware" from Max also states that it is no longer the case that "everybody gets paid in the end" as is widely believed among loyal followers.

Oh My Poor Winnings!!!! LOL

I agree with all said because I'm one of those NON-US players waiting to be paid from Rushmore but from what i see there are not many people complaining when we take into account the amount of players they may have. I'm not going to get obsessed as to how they run their business or actually whether they will pay me or not because it will accomplish nothing. The fact is, i stumbled upon their casino and happened to win within a month of playing there , surely if they chose not to pay me i will never return and if they do i will 99% not return . Their Loss!!!!! I'm sure they know they are sliding into the abyss!!!

Merry Christmas and may the New Year make us all big Winners!!!!!

I hear you..........

But if you want to be in business, you have to be willing to take the heat from your customers when you fail to meet expectations.

I am saddened about the deterioration of the site. I cannot defend them in any way.
My suggestion repeatedly to the VIP team (Shane, Ann, and Thomas) was get someone on the forum to respond --- they have ignored me and all the good people here who deposited in good faith.

Per Max, they are aren't being responsive or helpful in resolving PAB's either. I guess we mark them off the list.

Their fault. I don't play there any more either.

Diane

Well-trained personnel can take the heat from the most hostile customers. However, if they do post here what excuse can they give that can be acceptable to the players? They have used the 'processor' excuse far too much so any Rushmore rep that comes on Board had better be prepared for a lashing.

Virtual pays faster than that. :p

Ok, that was in jest. VIRTUAL DOES NOT PAY

Rushpod group needs to be rogued. They, IMO, are not redeemable, at this point. Looks much the way Lock Casino fell off the planet with promises and more promises. They either have the money to pay winners or they are a poorly mismanaged casino and they can't pay because all the money went up the operator's noses. Some people simply can't manage a profit, much less a business. Look at the way Warren Cloud - Oliver Curran died....out on a yacht....probably because of too much money and too much coca. Success can sometimes bring out the worst in people's demons. We're seeing it now.

Good for you:thumbsup: Based upon your time frame that means I only have 37 days more to go:eek2::lolup: Hopefully, they will still be in business:eek: Seriously though, I'm glad you were paid:)

Great!!! They paid ...... so that means they are 6 times slower than other places........ good to hear someone got paid maybe there is hope. LOL That only means i have 3 more weeks to wait for my first withdrawal LMAO

Wow. Ok personally I wouldn't have played here after a previous withdrawal took 'only' 58 days, but that's just me. There's a rep here now who is supposedly making sure this stuff doesn't happen anymore, so try sending a pm to her here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/

I'm going to report your post so hopefully will get it in a new thread where it will be seen.

Hi Paganes,

Thank you for posting! Please post or PM me with your username at Slots Oasis and I will look into this payment ASAP. I am sorry for the delay!
