Going to have to call you out on that one, Bryan. Stereotyping at its worst.

Sorry, but I am not amused.

Ok...I am...slightly... ;)
That's why I added the "lol" - and it was directed to someone else I know.

Sorry. lol

Me neither. I think it is just a continuation of the hot air he has been spewing continuously.

Also, can someone enlighten me as to wth having a UK licence has to do with with Australia? Or even a Mlt licence for that matter? Australia is a separate entity from both of those licencing jurisdictions.

Of course I could be wrong, as apparently I am just a LadyDumF. :D

Ahhhh... I thought he had bestowed an official title on you, Lady Dumfries, which there actually is one.

I wish! However, my cats have more pedigree than I ever will. :eek2:

Well we only have a black moggy, which was born around Easter 2000. Bit arthritic now and skinny, but could well reach the ripe old age of 19 soon.

Here we go, once again I have to disprove ladyhawk and harry head-j&*

The OP started a thread regarding this statement which contained erroneous info, aka BS.

The link is: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/chargebacks-now-made-easy.85536/#post-961332

@MartiniMan contacted the RBA (Fed reserve bank), who issued a denial, as follows:

The RBA has not issued any regulation resembling this text. All payment card regulations issued by the RBA can be found on our website: see Regulations | RBA

The BS the OP was quoting was this:

RBA will now enforce strict guidelines with all financial card scheme providers. Chargeback for card purchases made at any unlicensed/unregulated gaming facility in contravention of the interactive gaming amendment act of 2018 , will no longer require reasoning codes for disputes. Instead, issuer will now automatically redirect merchant rebuttal claims once reversal of credit/Debit transactions have processed.. Mastercard/Visa scheme limitations do not apply.
Financial institutions are required to accept any submissions directly related. Chargeback fee must now be redirected to merchant provider or facility.

In fact, to be brutally honest, it seems as if the OP indulges in a lot of BS posting, viz this thread, and the one quoted above. Not to mention starting the 'Is this Offensive" thread for rather dubious reasons, methinks.

Heres an idea Ladyhawk, try looking in the right place. But again you cant help feeding on your own BS

"> escalating enforcement activities against non-compliant services. This may include notifying directors or principals of offshore gambling services to Australia’s border protection agency for inclusion on the Movement Alert List, or commencing litigation in the Federal Court of Australia to apply civil penalty orders against non-compliant services and/or individuals knowingly concerned in their operation. Payment processors"

"We reached out to infuential industry stakeholders to assist us to achieve compliance with the IGA. Software providers—who can supply individual games or entire platforms for operators to provide services on, and payment processors—who facilitate the transfer of funds to offshore gambling websites."

"The ACMA has established collaborative relationships with gambling regulators around the world, particularly in key jurisdictions where many offshore gambling operators are licensed"

"The ACMA’s frst-year enforcement activities have achieved compliance by 68 per cent of offshore providers and third parties that have been found in breach of the IGA.
We’re continuing to escalate our enforcement activities against offshore entities that are not fully compliant, which may include notifying directors to Australia’s border protection agency for inclusion on the Movement Alert List, or applying to the Federal Court for civil penalty"

Mine included links to both slotsmillions urls. the real url and the masked fake front end site that ALEA propagate locally.

As ACMA do all the heavy lifting , I just have to sit back and relax.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now we move onto slotsmillion payment processor @wirecard.com, @wirecardbank.com which just happens to be one of the ten listed in the ACMA
web site stats. (Which we wait for approval of the mastercard (MATCH) merchant/acquirer default listing (5years) and possible (bram) investigation
for non compliance by processor and questionable merchant activity against slotsmillion.

But for the non believers like harry and ladyhawk who would rather make up BS. Heres the link

Business Risk Assessment and Mitigation (BRAM) Compliance

Then we have the CREDIT BETTING BAN!

@Ladyhawk, for a hawk your blind as a bat! And to answer another of your stupid questions "What does uk gaming authority" have to do with Australia. well miss brain dead, read ACMA web site.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*Now Lets look at the slotsmillion claim that I utilized a VPN to log into site. More crap from a dishonest casino. Why are there two slotsmillion front ends? Your normal web site and then you have your masked site which bypasses your providers region restrictions. Because we sure know, you don't apply game ip restrictions. Your only responsible for website access. But even so, why don't you upload the login logs with my ip . Or your claims are once again false! Information as to how ACMA restrictions are implemented with software providers is on their site.

ALEA/Slotsmillion can explain iwhatever they like to the numerous authorities coming for them. As my chargebacks are refunded, I don't give a SH&T
Software providers will be informed, processsors will face penalties, merchant should if things go well lose rights to payment card terminal or loss of processor.

And below we look at the denied payouts that coincide with account lockout.

Slotsmillion believing their terms supersede laws. OH, THATS RIGHT< THIS NEVER HAPPENDED EITHER DID IT???

You again....sigh.

Your antagonistic attitude and bile and disparaging comments do you no favours, so I really hope your sojourn this time around will be very brief.

Nothing in any of those links provides any new info - just re-iterating the fact that gambling providers are banned from providing services in Australia, which is a known fact, and highlighting the fact the ACMA is taking an active role in ensuring that Australian rules and regulations are known and understood worldwide.

As for the Credit betting ban - you are the one who have misread and misunderstood the content.

Credit cards are only prohibited from providing gambling services if issued by gambling service providers. That may change, but at the moment, that is the way it stands.

As for the SM stuff - Screenshots don't always show the full picture, particularly if they are not shown in their entirety, which I suspect is the case here. Anyway, @Charlotte explained it first time around, and I believe her.

@Ladyhawk, once again you have selective reading. Its all same old same old is it/

"who can supply individual games or entire platforms for operators to provide services on, and payment processors—who facilitate the transfer of funds to offshore gambling websites."

And again!!

"in the Federal Court of Australia to apply civil penalty orders against non-compliant services and/or individuals knowingly concerned in their operation. Payment processors"

And again!!

What is prohibited?
"A wagering operator cannot provide or offer credit to Australian-based customers of certain interactive wagering services.
It is also prohibited to facilitate or promote the provision of credit by a third person (other than by way of an independently issued credit card)—for example, by a ‘pay-day’ lender (see section 15C of the IGA)."

Ladyhawk-
Nothing in any of those links provides any new info.

So the company director jailed is old news? Or the 31 operators being cautioned by their offshore licenser, or the 8 operators banned by processors.
You don't provide any facts, and when presented with FACTS, you brush them off as if you know better. AFCA, ACCC, FOS, AGL all government websites t
So they are all full of SHI^ too are they. only one full of it is you.

How am I brushing anything off as if I know better? And I have certainly never said - or implied - they are full of SHI^ . This is projection at its finest on your part.

Those references are over 3 months old, and a lot of the content is already known, so yes - old news. Provide me with info from yesterday, or this month, or even this year, and then I will classify it as 'new' info.

You really are a truly unpleasant individual.

Ah, I knew we'd hear about you again!

So for all the people around following this thread with curiosity, what's new?
You recently sent to your bank a falsified SlotsMillion email pretending we owed you money and promised to pay you soon so the bank would come after us for the money.
You now make a fake screenshot of SlotsMillion pretending to have made several withdrawal requests in November last year which supposedly we would have refused. Your last withdrawal request is more than 2 years old.

Things are just so simple: if you believe you have grounds, you submit a dispute to an

. They will ask us our data and logs, which we will share, and they will take a final decision which will be binding so we HAVE to pay you if you win.

Instead you make a lot of noise but this is just slander. Seeing how persistent you are on this matter (I'm tempted to say obsessive in all due respect) if you had the beginning of a ground you would have submitted an ADR long ago.

Why don't you just go on with your life and move on?

Actually, there is something odd about his ramblings:

ATTN: Casino Rep - SlotsMillion - Is there anybody out there?

In the above post he shows a couple of correctly-spelled and punctuated tickets from Slotsmillion in large black type "Withdrawal $7500"

Then there's a screenshot supposedly of his account with a list of 3 failed withdrawals at the top, and in this case 'withdrawal' is misspelled as 'withdrawl'....

So if anyone who has a Slotsmillion account logs in and looks at their transactions and finds that 'withdrawal' is spelled correctly with the -al ending, you know for sure the image is doctored.

If you log in and indeed Slotsmillion DO misspell 'withdrawal' minus the last 'a' then somebody needs to correct it their end....

I noticed the misspelling of 'withdrawal' as well, so logged on to check. SM can spell. Can't say the same for Crikey and his doctored SS.

I just logged in and checked. And yes I confirm that they have withdrawal spelled correctly in transaction history.

It is not an altered screenshot. What that player probably did was just use the browser console and edit the actual page at their end. Then he just took a screenshot of it. My 2 cents of how he doctored it :p

So you can confirm SM are spelling it correctly in your account ledger? Excellent.

In that case we already have a top nominee for 'Evil Poster 2019' in the CM awards so @Casinomeister should make a note of this thread....

It's first on the forum - a semi-literate forger. :laugh::laugh:

May as well send a gelding out to stud. :p

Thanks to the OP's bulls*t thread about the AU reserve banks's new (but bogus) credit card chargeback policy, in accordance to ACMA and its IGA laws, VS and other decent casinos who still allowed AU players at the time, stopped doing so within 48 hours after that cr*p was posted. VS paid within an hour, and I like playing there. But thanks to this nasty BS Artist and fraudster, I've lost out.

Good riddance to bad scum!
