Slotsmillion - delayed payout

Good Morning everyone,

I joined slotsmillion around a month ago and have had a couple of decent sized wins in that time.

I found their proactive stance on verification brilliant (they wouldn’t let you deposit until you had your documents verified).

I did this and made 2 withdrawals of £250 via Trustly direct to my bank with no issues at all, it was in within a few hours even with the ‘pending’ status included.

However, I have now tried to withdraw £2,000 and they’re dragging their heels with it. First of all they asked me to verify my email address which I couldn’t because their ‘verification emails’ didn’t reach any of my gmail inbox/spam etc even though the emails from their support team did. So I’ve had to use another email address with my account and this has been verified now.

My issue is that I made my withdrawal request at 10:47 on the 15th November, it is now over 5 days later and it still shows as ‘waiting’ in my account.

I messaged their support team yesterday and they said it can take up to 24 hours, but it has now been over 120 so I’m getting a bit concerned with this.

Granted, we had that initial problem with my email address but that’s been sorted out and I have received 2 withdrawals from them with no problems so is this simply because it’s a larger amount?

Could you please send me your SlotsMillion username by PM so I can look into your account? A £2.000 withdrawal doesn't slow down the verification as such - although we do have additional verification at higher amounts, but I believe it must have brought you in the advanced KYC verification "zone" which includes the verification of your email, your address and your payment method if you hadn't done them yet. However, if the CS didn't mention anything about missing required documents, you most likely are already verified. Once I get your username I will get in touch with the Payment&Fraud team to know what is happening.

¡¡RESOLVED!!

Thank you for everyone who got involved. Issue is now resolved and cannot fault Slotsmillion in anyway. Just me being over sensitive because of horror stories you hear. 5 days was a long time to wait for payout but doesn’t help the weekend was in the middle of it.

Brilliant communication and will continue playing there :-D
 
I enjoy playing on SlotsMillion for the great collection of slots. The only thing I wish they did differently was that they also pay out on weekends. When I have won during the week, the cashouts to my Ecopayz doesn't take much longer than a day most of the time.
