Good evening,
I Apologise if this is in the wrong forum but I wish to just share some information from Slotsmillion.
In February I had a really good win of £8000 and withdrew this immediately with almost no issues at all. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they dealt with it as it was over a weekend too.
Anyway, I ‘cooled off’ for a month to prevent me going back on to spend any of these winnings and in March when the cool off expired I thought I’d have another go.
I think I deposited about £1000, but this still meant I was over £6500 up so I didn’t really worry too much about it and again ‘cooled off’ to stop me from doing the same again.
Over the last two days I’ve deposited £300 and won £900, I’ve requested to withdraw the £900 and I’ve had an email from Slotsmillion asking me for bank statements but only for March.
The exact wording is as follows:
Hi Marc,
I hope this email finds you well.
Our regulation (set by the UKGC) requests that we complete advanced verifications on customers that have spent a long time and/or a substantial amount of money with us and we now need to learn a little bit more about you.
This process is simple: we just require the below documents
A copy of your bank statement in .PDF format showing your day to day expenses for the month of March
You can easily upload this document via the document section on your player lobby, Alternately you can respond directly to this email and I will personally forward them to the finance team.
These documents will be used to complete the check which is implemented to provide a safe platform for players to enjoy responsible gaming.
Should you have any questions in regards to this matter or anything else please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards,
Antonio

I mean I appreciate their care towards played to prevent people from gambling more than they can afford but surely it’s obvious to them that I’ve won more than I’ve deposited and that I’m not in danger of exceeding that as I withdraw and don’t just play through any winnings.
Has anyone else had this experience? I’ve withdrawn more than £10,000 in the past 12 months (including that big £8,000 win) so is it just them checking my standard income which after being in my same job for 17 years I can easily confirm.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
