been itching to post this since Friday when it all occurred, but im a superstitious man, when a withdrawal is processing, i love the site and it can do no wrong, not its been finally confirmed as processed its time to vent.
If i can stop just one person, just one, from going through the utter crap i went through Friday night then this post has been worth it, for the love of god Jesus or budda do not play here unless you psychically cannot play anywhere else.
Lets go back to Friday, ive been paid, got the itch to play some slots, allready cashed a very nice profit from betat, and wanted a change, felt like playing some WMS, and thought it was about time to see what the new jackpotparty software is like, So i download slotsmagic client, log in, deposit on a £50 match all good so far, then i click on a slot. Heres where the fun starts, wont load, try others, wont load, relog the client 8 times, slots will not load, finally FINALLY get super jack pot party to load, and after setting my auto-play settings hit spin, error. I did record alot of my "session" however i deleted the videos the next day as i was rather drunk while recording and every 2 words was profanity, No-one wants to see that.
So i contact live support, they basically said they don't know what the problem is, great, after 10 more times of trying to load various games i finally get wizard of ozz to load, showing me £50 in my balance where is my bonus? Again i go to live support, get told i cannot play branded slots, I ask them to define what that means, and get "any branded slot you cannot play with bonus funds" as i had made 2-5 spins on oz i was nervous if i did make the WR id get the old "you broke the terms, heres your deposit back were keeping the rest" so 45 mins later i finally got support to tell me in plain English that you can play any slot but it wont count to wagering, fine.
This is about 2 hours since my deposit now, ive probably had about 20 spins in 2 hours, after restarting the client, yet again, i get zues 3 to load, and i just think screw it, im going to win or lose on this slot and be done with this crappy outfit, for the next 2 hours i had to monitor the slot litreally not taking my eyes of it as every 1-50 spins the awesome error would come and if i was lucky id only have to reload the game 2-3 times, if unlucky the next 10 mins id spend rebooting the client and game.
I was so frustrated by this point i started suicide betting even tho i was up at my deposit, you know its bad when you are literally not bothered about busting you just cannot take the crap anymore, i started doing £4 spins on about a £130 bankroll and got very lucky, hit 60ish x very early and my bank went up significantly, not going to bore you all with the rest of the story, but it took HOURS. to meet the WR, what should have taken say... 1-2 enjoyable slotting hours, ended up taking 6 painstaking hours of reloading slots / the client, i turned my £50 into over £400, and let me be clear, im not saying there is anything wrong with the slots, when they work! The problem lies with the client as it will randomly close the slot, kick you out of the client, spin and not stop ( think i waited 10 mins once and it didn't stop ) or just give you 1 of about 4 different errors i saw and force a hard restart, that doesn't work, you have to manually do it every time and the success rate of getting the game playable is about 25%.
What angers me more than anything else is this is the "new" JPP, a site i actually enjoyed even tho i know i lost a hell of alot more than i made, but if i wanted to play WMS id go there as the payments were fast, i liked the design and the slots were perfect in terms of no errors or lags.

another joke really, yes im happy i get a weekend cashout, but why not treat everyone the same? its probably because they can check my play history from JPP and know im somewhat of a big player in terms of alot of regular deposits, well slotsmagic, until i get the all clear from people on this board that you have drastically improved, your software will not be gracing my desktop anytime soon, and since there now seems alot more options for WMS games on different sites, there is now no reason to use you.
